Urban rail transit is developing rapidly, and network operation has become a basic trend. As the network process accelerates, the number of transfer stations is increasing gradually, and the transfer behavior between different lines is also more common.Coordinating the train timetable of transfer stations can effectively increase the transfer convenience, also improve the transport efficiency and service level of network.Based on transfer behavior, this paper considers the distribution law of passenger walking time and the differential perception of waiting time in the transfer process, and studies how to reduce the passenger waiting cost, which can improve the transfer efficiency and passenger satisfaction a lot.The primary contents are as follows:(1)summarize and analyze the station form and transfer mode of transfer station, and compare the characteristics and adaptability of different combination types. The factors affecting the timetable optimization of transfer stations are analyzed, including passenger flow, station facilities and train operation organization.Based on the characteristics of urban rail transit system, the basic goal of transfer station timetable coordination is proposed.(2)the transfer process of passengers in urban rail transit is divided into two parts: the transfer walking process and the transfer waiting process. For the transfer walking process, the distribution law of transfer walking time under two transfer modes is analyzed, and the fitting method of time probability density distribution function is given. For the transfer waiting process, the calculation method of the transfer waiting time under different transfer modes is proposed.(3)passengers’ transfer states under different transfer waiting times are classified into four types: "just miss","just in time","compact connection" and "transfer waiting".Consider the differences of waiting time perception, the objective function is minimum transfer perceived cost, with departure interval constraint, transfer success constraint, the stop time constraint and so on,the schedule optimization model of a single transfer station is established, and designs genetic algorithm.Under the condition of network operation, the transfer connection scheme is solved firstly, and then the transfer connection pairs in the scheme are solved in turn.(4)taking the Jiaomen west station as an example, the schedule optimization model and algorithm of a single transfer station were used to solve the problem.Compared with the schedule before optimization, from line 4 down to line 10 up,transfer waiting time was optimized by 57.0%,and passengers’ transfer perceived cost was optimized by 65.1%;from line 4 up to line 10 down, transfer waiting time optimization 66.3%,and passenger transfer perceived cost optimization 70.8%.The urban rail transit network composed of line 4,line 6 and line 9 of Beijing metro was selected and optimized under network operation conditions.Compared with the network before optimization, the total transfer waiting time was optimized by 31.7%,and the total transfer perceived cost was optimized by 33.2%.
