High-speed train system is a large-scale electromechanical system that is highly coupled between equipment and facilities,with a highly networked structure.Once the equipment and facilities fail,the high coupling relationship between the equipment and facilities may lead to the rapid spread of the failure,resulting in a decline in the overall functional status of the system and affecting the safe operation of high-speed train system.In order to characterize the ability of high-speed train system to maintain its functional state when a failure exists on equipment and facilities,it is necessary to study the problem of high-speed train system resilience assessment.Based on high-speed train system functional structure characteristics,this paper analyses high-speed train system resilience influencing factors,then a high-speed train system constitutive topological network model is constructed to characterize the system's functional structure characteristics,and this paper proposes high-speed train system component state attributes and the relationship between components,as well as a high-speed train system functional state characterization method;Besides,high-speed train system fault propagation mechanism is studied,combined with the system functional state characterization method,and a high-speed train system resilience assessment method based on fault propagation is suggested.A traction system is used as an example of verification.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Research on influencing factors of high-speed train system resilienceBased on the functional,structural characteristics of high-speed train system and the fundamental characteristics of resilience in different fields,the resilience of high-speed train system is defined;Through the analysis of the structure and functional behaviour of high-speed train system,the influencing factors of high-speed train system resilience are analysed.(2)Research on the construction method of a constitutive topology network model of high-speed train systemTo analyse the resilience of high-speed train system,the paper studies the construction method of the constitutive topological network model of high-speed train system.Firstly,the method of extracting components of high-speed train system and the division of association relationship between components is proposed;On this basis,the association relationship between components is classified and analysed,and the construction methods of basic layer network model and functional layer network model of high-speed train system are proposed respectively;Finally,the two network models are combined to propose a constitutive topological network model construction method for high-speed train system that characterizes the functional structure of the system.(3)Research on the characterization method of high-speed train system functional status based on network modelsThis paper profoundly analyses the influencing factors of high-speed train system resilience,and based on operating the fault data proposes a component failure rate function calculation method based on data fitting to characterize the component state attributes;Also,a functional reliability calculation method between components based on the improved BDD algorithm is designed to characterize the relationship between high-speed train system components;Whereas a component importance calculation method based on GFT centrality is given,and improved network performance indexes are established to characterize high-speed train system's functional status,with the Characterization method for functional reliability between components proposed.(4)Research on the resilience assessment method of high-speed train system based on fault propagationBased on the constitutive topology network model of high-speed train system,the influencing factors of high-speed train system fault propagation are analysed,and high-speed train system fault propagation mechanism is studied,and high-speed train system fault propagation model is constructed;By comparing and analyzing the functional status of the high-speed train system before and after the fault propagation,a high-speed train system resilience assessment method is formed.(5)Verification of traction system resilience assessment exampleBased on the traction system constitutive topology network model and fault data,the above methods and models are applied and verified,and the resilience of the traction system is evaluated.The research shows that the proposed high-speed train system resilience assessment method is with sufficient accuracy and scientificity,and could provide an essential reference for the improvement of high-speed train system resilience level.
