The combined power supply system with multiple input sources and multiple loads is widely used in the new energy power generation system.The dual-input dual-output DC converter is a typical structure of a multi-port converter.With the development of power electronics and the popularization of new energy supply methods,this converter has attracted the attention of many scholars.This paper analyzes the application scenarios of dual input dual output DC converters.And according to the classification of multi-port DC converter,several typical topologies are studied.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various topologies,the main circuit topology is selected according to the design specifications.By comparing different control methods,the control method suitable for this topology is studied.Aiming at the studied topology,this paper first analyzes the mathematical model of the basic DC/DC converter unit under closed-loop control.Simulations were conducted to verify the feasibility of the control method.Next,this paper analyzes the working principle of the dual input parallel Boost converter,studies the improved droop control method with output voltage and output current compensation control,analyzes its control principle,and performs simulation verification.In this paper,the Boost converter with improved droop control is mathematically modeled,and its equivalent output impedance model is obtained.Based on its impedance characteristics,the influence of the droop coefficient change on the stability of the Boost converter is analyzed.According to the equivalent output impedance model of Boost converter under the improved droop control mode and the input admittance model of Buck converter under double closed-loop control,the stability and analysis of the designed dual-input dual-output DC converter are analyzed.Finally,this paper completes the design of the dual-input dual-output DC converter according to the design specifications,introduces the system hardware selection scheme and the digital control system design scheme based on the ds PIC33EP64GS506 digital control chip,and carries out hardware experiments to verify the rationality of the design.
