Reactive power compensation is an important part of urban rail transit power supply system design.If the power factor of urban rail transit power supply system is too low to meet the requirements of the power department,the operation enterprises of urban rail transit will bear a huge fine.With the application and promotion of PWM converter in the field of regenerative braking energy feedback of urban rail transit,this paper proposes that the PWM converter used in the traction substation for regenerative braking energy feedback is used as the reactive power compensation device to carry out decentralized reactive power compensation for the medium voltage network,so as to realize multi-purpose of one device,and particle swarm optimization is used for reactive power optimization of medium voltage network.At the same time,a simulation platform for power flow calculation and reactive power optimization of urban rail transit power supply system AC network is developed.Firstly,this paper studies the power supply system of urban rail transit,and constructs the equivalent model for the main components of the power supply system,which is the basis of realizing power flow calculation and reactive power optimization.Secondly,the reactive power optimization of the medium voltage network of the power supply system is carried out.First,by understanding the reactive power compensation form of power supply system and comparing with the common reactive power compensation scheme,a decentralized reactive power compensation scheme based on PWM converter is proposed.Then,the basic principle and parameters of particle swarm optimization algorithm are studied.Finally,the reactive power optimization model of medium voltage network is built with the objective of minimizing the active power loss of the system,and the basic process of reactive power optimization of medium voltage network by particle swarm optimization algorithm is described.Thirdly,the simulation platform of urban rail transit power supply system AC network is designed.Visual studio 2013 is used as a development tool to develop the simulation platform with C#,so that the simulation platform has a graphical user interface and good human-computer interaction,and realizes the function of power flow calculation and reactive power optimization.Finally,the simulation platform is tested and used to calculate the power flow and optimize the reactive power.By comparing with the optimization results of genetic algorithm(GA)provided by MATLAB optimization toolbox,it is verified that the performance of the reactive power optimization algorithm used in the simulation platform is good,and the calculation results are reliable.Compared with the results of SVG centralized compensation,the feasibility and economy of the decentralized reactive power compensation scheme proposed in this paper are verified.Figures: 44,Tables: 11,References: 50.
