With the completion of the 12 th five-year plan period,China has entered a new stage in building energy conservation system.In order to further respond to the overall requirements of the renewable energy development plan during the13 th five-year plan period,the application and research on the sewage source heat pump system are increasing year by year.Changchun is located in the cold region with sufficient,and sewage resources sewage waste heat can be extracted as a renewable energy use.Different from the previous air conditioning heating,the sewage source heat pump system has the characteristics of environmental protection,energy saving and economy.The paper will conduct experimental analysis and research from the following directions:1.Feasibility analysis of sewage source heat pump system in changchun.Changchun is a densely populated city with a high degree of industrialization.This part mainly determines whether the water quality,water temperature and water amount of sewage meet the conditions for the development and application of the sewage source heat pump system in changchun by investigating the sewage situation in changchun and the relevant laws and regulations and financial policies formulated by the national and local governments.2.Study on application potential of sewage source heat pump system.This part mainly takes the sewage source heat pump system project of changchun city with primary sewage as the cold and hot source as the research individual,and monitors the user supply and return water temperature,sewage supply and return water temperature,user flow and system power consumption in winter and summer for a long time.The performance parameters of the system in winter and summer were calculated and compared with other systems in terms of economy,energy saving and environmental benefits.3.System operation strategy optimization.This part mainly aims at the problem of high energy consumption in the operation of the indirect sewage source heat pump system during the use of the system.While meeting the heating conditions,the whole system is analyzed and optimized from the four aspects ofsystem load side,system source measurement,water pump operation energy consumption and unit operation energy consumption.The conclusions are as follows:1.Through investigation and understanding of the water quality,water temperature,water quantity and other sewage conditions of the sewage in changchun,the conditions for the application of the sewage source heat pump system in changchun can be met,and the development of the sewage source heat pump system can be promoted by means of national and local governments to formulate relevant laws and regulations and financial support,so as to alleviate the local energy crisis and optimize the energy structure of changchun.2.Through the analysis of the monitoring data,it was concluded that the EER of the sewage source heat pump system in the refrigeration season was maintained at 3.96?4.78,with an average value of 4.35.The EER of the heat pump unit system was maintained at 4.47?6.15,with an average value of 5.34.COP of energy efficiency coefficient in winter heating period was maintained at2.66?3.85,with an average value of 3.12.COP of the heat pump unit system was maintained at 3.21?4.89,with an average value of 3.79.The annual operating cost of sewage source heat pump system is 103,100 yuan less than that of soilsource heat pump system,and 38.19% less than that of central heating pipe network + water-cooled chiller system.To save energy: compared with the central heating + water cooling chiller system,the sewage source heat pump system can save 22.13% energy in the winter heating season,40.19% energy in the summer cooling season and 25.88% energy saving in the whole year.3.By analyzing and optimizing the whole system in four aspects of the operation of the indirect sewage source heat pump system,including system load side,system source measurement,water pump operating energy consumption,and unit operating energy consumption,it is found that the inlet and outlet temperature of the intermediate water is 6.14/10.22?,and the inlet and outlet temperature of the condenser is 39.5/44.9?,so as to minimize the total operating power of the sewage source heat pump system,which is 717.58 kw.
