Low Impact Development Concept Of Changchun Postindustrial Landscape Regeneration Design

Changchun is an important industrial city in northeast China.Under the policy of " suppress the second industry and develop the third industry",industrial enterprises in the city move out,and its land resources and environmental problems are paid more and more attention.Due to its historical origin,the industrial production land in Changchun is often located in the core area,which has a great impact on the social and economic development of the city,the landscape ecological environment and the living quality of residents.Therefore,how to effectively transform the land after industrial activities in the city is one of the urgent problems in Changchun.Post-industrial landscape design is a landscape design method originated from European and American countries to deal with land problems after industrial activities.It is necessary for the development of Changchun to apply post-industrial landscape design method to solve the existing problems and form a theoretical system.The low impact development concept is a kind of development concept that is beneficial to the land.Research on post-industrial landscape design in Changchun under the concept of low-impact development can regenerate the land after industrial activities on the premise of beneficial land development,which is important to the sustainable development,urban environment and land health of Changchun.This paper is divided into four chapters and the part of conclusion and prospect.The main points of view are as follows:1.Through determining the significance and research target,summarize the international research status,and comprehensively analyze and study the regeneration design of post-industrial landscape in Changchun from the perspective of low-impact development concept.2.The connotation,technical system and function of low-impact development were sorted out,and the framework of post-industrial landscape design was determined under the concept of low-impact development.This paper analyzes the concept,types and characteristics of post-industrial landscape,grasps the background and development stage of post-industrial landscape,and summarizes the framework of post-industrial landscape design in Changchun.3.This paper analyzes the industrial development of Changchun,grasps the characteristics of industrial development of Changchun,and analyzes the challenges and opportunities of post-industrial landscape practice in Changchun.Summarize the principles of post-industrial landscape design for the city.The application of low impact development concept in post-industrial landscape design of Changchun city is summarized,and the typical cases at home and abroad are analyzed from the above perspectives.4.Through the case study of Changchun locomtive works,the application of the low impact development concept in the regeneration design of post-industrial landscape in Changchun city is verified.5.Through the study of the case of Changchun locomtive works,the feasibility of the application of the post-industrial landscape design under the concept of low impact development in Changchun city is demonstrated,and the future development is prospected.
