China is a country with relatively low per capita resources,so energy conservation and consumption reduction are of great significance.In recent years,with the development of the market economy,more and more public and private buildings are equipped with central air conditioning.At present,the energy consumption of HVAC in buildings accounts for about 10%of China's energy consumption.Different air conditioning cold and heat source solutions have large differences.Subsequent energy consumption and environmental issues have become the focus of debate and concern in the industry.Especially for star-rated hotels,energy consumption is also increasing,and even conflicts between economic construction and air-conditioning systems have occurred.Therefore,it is urgent to save energy in the hotel.In the operation energy consumption of star-level hotel air-conditioning system,the energy consumption of the cold source system is the largest,so the selection and evaluation of the air-conditioning cold and heat source solutions become an important part of the air-conditioning system design process.In recent years,China's HVAC engineering community and academia have done a lot of research on energy saving and emission reduction of air conditioning cold and heat source systems.The research mainly focuses on the choice of the form of the cold source system;secondly,it considers the energy situation,meteorological conditions,air-conditioning systems,the possibility of using waste heat recovery,and the power supply situation of the hotel.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of today's common air-conditioning hot and cold source equipment and the applicable scope,lists some combinations of cold and heat sources,analyzes the current situation of air-conditioning energy consumption in Beijing,and takes a star-rated hotel in Beijing's Daxing District as an example.The software DEST was used to calculate the dynamic load of the building.According to the characteristics of the building and the load,after excluding many schemes,three representative cold and heat source schemes were proposed,including the building's own cold and heat sources.Scheme(Scheme 2 in this article),and two other preferred schemes,calculated and compared technical and economic indicators such as annual energy consumption,initial investment,annual operating costs,and environmental impact of each scheme,and conducted primary energy Utilization analysis,economic evaluation.Based on the above factors,a comprehensive comparative analysis is performed to select the best solution.In the analysis of factors in all aspects,the methods were compared with the methods of comprehensive comparison to evaluate the various schemes,and the conclusion was reached:(1)From the point of view of the efficiency of primary energy consumption,after comprehensively comparing the three factors of power consumption and natural gas consumption of municipal heating,it is found that the scheme with centrifuge and gas boiler has the highest primary energy utilization efficiency.0.89.(2)From the perspective of initial investment cost,the program with screw unit and gas boiler has the lowest cost.(3)Constructed a life cycle cost analysis model:(?),This model can be used for life cycle cost calculation and simulation.(4)From the perspective of annual operating costs,centrifugal chillers have excellent partial load performance and low operating costs.Electric heating boilers that use high-grade electrical energy for heating should be developed with caution.Gas and oil boilers are recommended.(5)From the perspective of environmental protection,after comprehensively comparing the three factors of power consumption carbon emissions,municipal hot water carbon emissions,and gas carbon emissions,it is concluded that the combination of centrifugal water chillers and gas boilers reduces emissions The amount is 30.40%,with the lowest pollutant emissions throughout the year and the most environmentally friendly.Finally,the development direction and further research of air-conditioning refrigeration and heat source are analyzed and discussed.
