The Xifuhe Kechuang community in Yannan High-tech Zone is the first project to build "ten carriers" in Yannan region,which is of great significance to the development of local economy and industry.Kechuang community construction project investment,long cycle,high risk,so it is necessary to carry out project schedule management.Project schedule management is an important part of project management.It is helpful to save project cost,improve project quality and ensure project completion on schedule.Because of the large scale of Xifuhe Kechuang community,this paper chooses C district as the research object,under the condition of exploring its basic generalization,compiles the project schedule plan,puts forward the project schedule control measure,guarantees the project to complete on schedule.First of all,the research trends of scholars at home and abroad are summarized as an important reference basis to determine the research methods used;secondly,the concept and connotation of project schedule management are analyzed to extract the content of project schedule management,and the project schedule planning theory and project schedule control theory are comprehensively analyzed to explore the process and methods of project schedule planning,as well as the principles and key elements of project schedule control;Again,the basic situation of the construction project in C district is briefly expounded,and the influencing factors of schedule management that may exist in the project are discussed,as well as the key elements that need to be paid more attention to in the process of schedule control,and then determined On the basis of the project objective,the project task is decomposed,the responsibility subject of each process is determined,the work logic relation is defined,the method and process of job duration estimation are put forward.On the basis of PDCA analysis,this paper puts forward the process and method of project schedule detection,and applies the S curve method and earned value method to C area project During the progress control activities,it can effectively reflect whether there is a deviation between the actual progress of the project and the plan,adjust the logical relationship of the construction link of the project,adjust the duration of the critical path activity,and realize the effective control of the progress of the project;finally,from the organization,funds,resources coordination and site management several aspects put forward C district project schedule management safeguard measures.
