In recent years,neither the international nor domestic economic environment is pessimistic.Coupled with the impact of the new coronavirus 2019-n Co V in the recent period,the cash flow pressure of many enterprises continues to increase and it is difficult for them to operate well.In order to inspire corporate vitality,NDRC adjusts average electricity price of the general industry and commerce twice recently.In addition,many electric power companies have introduced preferential policies on electricity rates to deal with the impact of this epidemic,which makes the cash flow pressure of electric power companies tighten.It is urgent to improve the cash flow management and the cash utilization rate now.Based on the deficiency of A Electric Power Company's cash flow management and user needs,this paper explores how to help the company develop a scientific and feasible project implementation plan.The plan contains demand analysis,feasibility analysis,architecture design,functional design,etc.All of those show that it is necessity and feasibility to carry the project.In addition,this paper provides some management strategies for the project's scope management,time management,cost management,stakeholder management,and human resource management using project management body of knowledge(PMBOK),which ensure the plan more reasonable and operable.It is hoped that this article can help A Electric Power Company carry out cash flow management program,improve the level of cash flow management.At the same time,the author hope that this article can also provide ideas and inspirations for other enterprises to improve cash flow management level.
