| The rapid development of cities requires more viaducts to release the vitality of the city and meet the needs of more people and the relationship between the various functional areas of the city.In the process of construction of urban viaduct,it will involve the limitation of existing construction environment,such as existing lines,existing buildings,hydrogeology and so on.In view of this problem,this paper summarizes the suitable construction technology by comparing and analyzing the different space limitation situation with the construction technology.Based on the project of Guiyang People's Avenue(south section),this paper systematically studies the installation technology of steel box girder under the condition of limited urban space,and provides a reference scheme for similar projects in the future.Through reasonable segment division,avoiding obstacles in segment interface and satisfying crane lifting performance,the field welding workload is reduced as far as possible;the construction scheme is optimized and reasonable crane station map is drawn by using software modeling and calculation analysis,and the deformation and force situation of temporary support under the most unfavorable conditions are checked,thus providing some empirical help for the subsequent similar,in order to achieve the most optimized economic scheme;the construction is ensured smoothly through the special position tooling design,while avoiding the influence on the existing road;the welding process documents are compiled and the welding sequence is worked out,aiming at the following problems Different welding methods are established in different parts of the weld,which effectively prevents the welding deformation of steel box girder.The paper has 42 pictures,7 tables and 50 references. |
