Micro-components are widely used in micro-devices,and there are no effective referenceable mechanical parameters in the design process of micro-components.Due to the small size of micro-components,conventional tensile and bending test devices cannot realize the clamping and loading drive to micro-drive,micro-load and microdisplacement,so it is necessary to design a test system,which integrates the microdrive clamping,micro-load and micro-displacement measurement to meet the microcomponent testing needs.The performance of the electronic hardware measurement and control system directly affects whether the entire test system can accurately obtain the mechanical property parameters of the micro-component materials,and it has an important supporting role in the mechanical properties of micro-component acquisition.Based on the micro-component bending and loading mechanical device,an electronic measurement and control system for micro-component material properties was designed,which can also provide an effective reference for other micro-component tensile testing device with similar loading driving hardware structure,the main work contents are as follows:(1)Design a programmable piezoelectric ceramic drive power supply,which can be controlled by the host computer to output the required piezoelectric ceramic drive voltage to achieve micro-displacement drive.For the grating displacement measurement system,the laboratory-developed sine and cosine transform grating subdivision displacement measurement system was adopted.This system can read the micro-bending displacement of micro-components in real time.(2)Choose a data acquisition card suitable for raster digital signals and pressure analog signals.And compile a software control program for the measurement of microdeformation displacement data of micro-components and the acquisition,processing and transmission of pressure data from tension pressure sensors.(3)The design,simulation and processing of the micro-component test piece are completed.The calibration of the pull pressure sensor was completed,and the determined relationship between the output voltage value of the sensor and the corresponding pressure was established.The bending load test experiment of the microcomponent test piece was constructed to obtain the shear stress-strain curve,the mechanical property parameters of the micro-component test piece were calculated and analyzed according to the data.
