As one of the important components of a strong smart grid,the distribution network is closely related to people's daily life and production.Because it directly faces a large number of user terminals,it plays an extremely important role in the infrastructure of people's livelihood security services.How to adapt distribution network planning to the rapid development and change of society and economy is one of the urgent problems to be solved in China's power industry.So far,various types of distribution network planning have been accumulated to adapt to different applications.However,the existing distribution network planning is based on the target grid for power demand forecasting and grid rolling upgrade.The planning objectives and boundary conditions are power supply reliability and voltage eligibility.The planning content mainly concentrates on the distribution network side.It take passive acceptance for grid-connected users.New energy and energy storage are rarely actively and effectively incorporated into planning,which makes the grid construction unable to synchronize with the level of load development.Based on the user behavior analysis method,this thesis combines "Power Supply,Power Grid,Load and Energy Storage" with distribution network planning.By actively introducing flexible resources into the distribution network planning of power supply side,power grid side,load side and energy storage side,a model of "Power Supply,Power Grid,Load and Energy Storage" is established and the optimal solution is obtained.Taking the distribution network of Gujing Liquor Town in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City as an example,this thesis fully analyses and optimizes all kinds of electricity consumption behavior in the town,extracts electricity consumption characteristics,and standardizes the electricity consumption behavior characteristics.Through data standardization and correlation analysis,users' behavior data are extracted regularly as 96-dimensional vector to find the sum of orientation quantities.The coordinate value is taken as the data set and the minimum standard deviation is taken as the condition to solve the optimal configuration of distributed photovoltaic,energy storage and user side coupling on the power side.According to load curve,energy storage devices are deployed for users with poor complementary effect,so as achieve peak shaving and valley filling in distribution network and improve the performance level of power grid operation.At the same time,the grid upgrade based on power supply capability and reliability is carried out for small town distribution network.The energy storage planning and electric vehicle planning are combined with the distribution network planning.Through allocating new energy and energy storage,the scheme of distribution network is optimized and adjusted to improve the rationality of the planning scheme in the timing arrangement.Finally,this thesis evaluates the technical index and investment index of the scheme,and prospects the direction of optimizingdistribution network planning.
