Compared with the traditional cast-in-place concrete structure, the prefabricated concrete structure first processes the prefabricated components in the factory, and shipped to a construction site for assembly. It has the advantages of fast construction speed, short construction period, labor saving, improvement of construction q uality, which conforms to the concept of green construction, environmental protection and efficiency. Therefore,in recent years,China is vigorously developing the prefabricated building, and accelerating the construction transformation and upgrading of joint industry. For the prefabricated building,in the design process of the column-beam connection of prefabricated components, the safety and reliability should be considered,as well as the convenience of construction,so as to facilitate the further pro motion of the assembled building.Based on this understanding,it is of great significance to develop efficient and convenient dry connection nodes. In this paper,a new type of fully prefabricated concrete frame beam-column joint is put forward, which is based on the connection mode of steel structure, and its mechanical properties are studied(1)This paper introduces the construction idea of the new type of dry-type joint, and a new type of fully assembled concrete frame beam column joint is put forward by referring to the connection mode of steel structure. The constitution and feature of the precast reinforced concrete beam, precast reinforced concrete column and column-beam joint are described in detail.and the relevant provisions and principles of the design of the new-type joint is introduced.(2)The finite element model of precast reinforced concrete beams is established by ABAQUS to explore the nonlinear mechanical properties and failure modes of precast reinforced concrete beams. The finite element parametric analysis is carried out to explore the influence of various proposed factors on the initial stiffness, bearing capacity and ductility of precast beam.(3)The finite element model of fully assembled concrete frame beam column joint is established by ABAQUS to explore the nonlinear mechanical properties and failure modes of precast reinforced concrete beams. The finite element parametric analysis is carried out to explore the influence of various proposed factors on the initial stiffness, bearing capacity and ductility of fully assembled concrete frame beam column joint.(4)Based on the previous finite element analysis results and the existing research results, the mechanical process, transmission mechanism and failure mode of t he new assembled frame joints are analyzed. The design formulas of the bearing capacity of each prefabricated beam column component, joint and joint core area are determined, which provides a certain design basis for the practical engineering application in the future.
