In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the process of "Building Industrialization",and the production efficiency and green environmental protection of building manufacturing have become a new round of construction research direction in China.Precast utility tunnel is through the prefabrication and assembly of laminated slab,which forms a common working component after cast-in-place,and further forms the main structure of the utility tunnel.China’s seismic research on underground utility tunnel is mainly concentrated on cast-in-place structures,and the research on precast utility tunnel is relatively lacking.This paper mainly studies the joints in the precast utility tunnel of laminated slab,and combines the finite element software to carry out numerical simulation to study the seismic performance of the joints in the integrated utility tunnel.The specific research contents are as follows:Through the low cycle repeated load test of the laminated slab assembly middle joint and the cast-in-place middle joint,the stress process and crack development of the test piece are obtained.Through the test results,the load displacement curve,strain development curve and displacement ductility are obtained.At the same time,the energy dissipation capacity of the test piece is analyzed,and the seismic performance safety evaluation is carried out.ABAQUS finite element simulation based on experimental study.The results show that the calculated value of the finite element is basically consistent with the test value.The finite element model can be used to analyze the mechanical performance of the middle joint in the laminated slab,and the finite element modeling method that can provide reference is given.At the same time,the middle joint model with haunch angle is established as a supplement to analyze the seismic performance under the same stress,and reasonable design suggestions are given.The final conclusion of the paper provides a good reference for the seismic research of laminated slab precast utility tunnel.
