In some areas of China,effective preventive maintenance methods for asphalt pavement are lacking.In combination with current road safety and comfort requirements for construction management,this article will study the conservation technology by developing a small size particle open-graded,ultra-thin surface preventive based on the nominal maximum particle size of 4.75 mm.In this study,firstly,the raw material composition of the asphalt mixture was selected,the gradation was OGFC-5,the performance of two different high-viscosity asphalt mixtures was compared,and the respective asphalt amounts were determined.Second,the comprehensive evaluation performance tests of these two asphalt mixtures were carried out in depth,which include high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,water damage resistance,drainage performance,anti-sliding performance,durability performance of the asphalt mixture,and the final mixture design of the asphalt mixture.After the design of the asphalt mixture is determined,the experimental scheme is designed using the orthogonal design method under the ABAQUS finite element simulation.The parameters of the overlay material modulus,the thickness of the repair layer,and the bonding interface material are using to calculate the maximum vertical road surface,performance indicators of the amount of directional deformation,the maximum shear stress between the overlay and the old pavement layer.The gray correlation algorithm is used to determine the influence of each factor on the maximum vertical deformation of the pavement and the maximum shear stress between the old pavement layers.The relationship equation between the factors and performance indicators is established by SPSS software calculation.With the help of MATLAB software analysis,the optimal combined solution of the cover material modulus,the repair layer thickness,and the bonding interface material can be obtained.The construction technology of small particle size and ultra-thin cover is explored,which mainly includes construction preparation,mixing of asphalt mixture,transportation,construction of adhesive layer,paving of asphalt mixture,compaction,treatment of joints,and later maintenance and Relevant construction processes such as quality inspection provide effective guidance for on-site construction.
