With the rapid development of power electronic technology and high technology,more and more related equipment requirements are developing towards miniaturization,high quality,low cost,lightweight and other trends.Therefore,small and high-power density equipment has received more attention and research.Firstly,the paper introduces the development of new energy and switching power supply,and analyzes the significance and function of this subject.Then,two kinds of integration technologies are introduced: Printed Circuit Board(PCB)integration technology and Flexible Multi-Layer Foil(FMLF)integration technology.Their advantages and disadvantages are compared and summarized,and the integration technology can effectively improve the power density of the device.Secondly,according to the application background and needs of PV energy,the paper designs a new topology for PV energy.By analyzing the main four parts of the new topology-?-Z source,Dual Active Bridge(DAB)converter,grid-connected inverter and battery.According to the analysis and comparison,the functions and advantages of these four parts for the new topology are obtained.Then,based on the new topology applied to PV energy,the integrated structure I of ?-Z source made by PCB integration technology and the integrated structure II of double DAB made by FMLF integration technology are proposed.The analyzed the principle,structure and connection method of the two integrated structures are given.Taking double DAB as an example,the integrated structural parameter design,magnetic flux analysis and loss analysis are given,and the loss and magnetic flux simulation are performed by Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software to verify the rationality of the integrated device.Finally,a 400W-500 k Hz FMLF integrated unit prototype was wound through parameters,and the prototype was experimentally analyzed to effectively verify the feasibility of this integrated device design.Finally,according to the background of PV application and integration technology.Based on the topology of integrated boost series resonant(IBSR)converter,FMLF integration technology is used to integrate two resonant capacitors,two boost inductors,one resonant inductor and one transformer.The integrated structure design,parameter design and magnetic flux analysis are carried out for the proposed integrated device,and the related magnetic flux simulation is conducted through Maxwell to verify the rationality of the integrated device.Finally,a 350 WFMLF integrated unit prototype was made,through experimental analysis,the feasibility of this integrated device design was more effectively verified.
