With the development of space satellite technology,the application of deployable planar antenna mechanism is becoming more and more extensive.In this paper,starting from the configuration design of the deployable planar antenna mechanism,a truss structure-based deployable planar antenna mechanism with simple deployment motion,modular design and good deployment stability is proposed.On this basis,the kinematic analysis and simulation of the planar antenna mechanism is established.The dynamic equivalent model of the planar antenna mechanism unit is established for finite element simulation analysis.The structural design and accuracy modeling analysis of the planar antenna mechanism is done.Firstly,the expandable truss planar antenna mechanism is designed based on the modular unit,and several different scheme designs of the expandable plane antenna mechanism are proposed.Based on different types of evaluation indicators,a suitable and feasible configuration scheme design is determined.The basic module unit of the deployable truss planar antenna mechanism is established,and the configuration design of the module unit is carried out.The parameters such as the deployment process and the folding ratio of the whole mechanism are analyzed.After the configuration design of the deployable truss planar antenna mechanism is determined,the degree of freedom of the module unit is calculated to determine the specific driving position.The closed-loop vector analysis method is used to establish the kinematics model of the module unit mechanism,and the changes of the kinematics parameters such as the deployment trajectory and angular velocity of key points during the deployment of the module unit are analyzed.In ADAMS,the overall model of the module unit is analyzed,and the single-module unit mechanism and the multi-module unit mechanism are simulated separately,and the results of the simulation analysis data are obtained to verify the correctness of the model establishment analysis.Based on the principle of equivalence,the dynamic analysis of the modular unit of the expandable truss planar antenna mechanism is carried out to obtain the equivalent continuous model of the truss module unit,and the equivalent inertia matrix and equivalent rigidity matrix of the equivalent model are obtained.The applicability of the established model is tested through the example of specific mechanism parameters.Through the finite element analysis of the equivalent model,the influence of the change of component parameters in the module unit on the fundamental frequency of the entire module unit is obtained.Based on the configuration of the deployable truss planar antenna mechanism,detailed design is carried out,and the specific joints,hinges and other components used in the plane antenna mechanism unit are designed and analyzed.The accuracy modeling and analysis of the expandable module unit model and the differential method is used to establish and analyze the model of the element section,and the influence of the error of each component in the section on the overall error is obtained.
