Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous innovation of automatic control technology and the development of aviation industry,higher and higher requirements have been put forward for the automatic control of aircraft flight.Among them,the auto flight control system has become a research hotspot.As one of the most important equipment in the system,the auto throttle platform plays an important role in directly determining the size of the engine throttle.In a certain type of civil aircraft the equipment is imported.With the increasing national investment in major scientific and technological innovation,the domestic development of the equipment has also been started.This subject mainly focuses on the auto throttle platform control system to carry out research,the development of the system mainly involves three sub-systems and a test system,respectively are ARINC 429 communication system,servo drive system,auxiliary function system,flight control simulation system.The ARINC 429 communication system is used to receive the commands from the flight control computer and then control the servo drive system.The signals of the auxiliary function system come from the onboard equipment.The system is used to drive the auxiliary function load and the flight control simulation system is used to generate various control signals.According to the functions of each system,the following work are completed:(1)Hardware design and software development were carried out for ARINC 429 communication system and servo drive system.The main control circuit is designed based on domestic DSP AVP32F335,the control system is built by various peripherals of DSP,and the data receiving and sending are realized by combining with ARINC 429 protocol chip.Based on the principle analysis of brushless DC motor control method,the related hardware circuit design and the realization of double closed loop control are carried out.(2)The technical indicators of the auxiliary function system are developed,and the scheme and the hardware circuit according to the technical indicators are designed.The circuit mainly includes the light guide plate lamp driver,fuel control switch alarm lamp driver,and the reverse push unlock control circuit.(3)The upper computer software is developed based on Lab VIEW,which has the function of carrying out basic tests on the whole system,and the test system is built to test each sub-system and verify the reliability of the system,and the system is proved to meet the requirements of technical indicators.
