Research On Network Operation Organization Of Rail Transit Interconnection

The Chongqing Rail Transit has summarized some problems including inefficiency of resource sharing and inflexibility in operation in the current operation lines.At the beginning of the construction of the second round of planned rail transit lines,we proposed the interconnection network operation with an aim to optimize the rail transit operations and its operational services.Based on the "Notice on the Industrial Transformation Project(Enhancing the Core Competitiveness of the Manufacturing Industry)Investment in 2015 Budget "(FAGAITONGZHI[2015] No.1210)of the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)(issued in June 2015),Chongqing officially promoted the pilot project of CBTC interconnection in the second round of planned rail transit lines.It is imminent to speed up the research of the interconnected networked operation,since the construction of the project is basically completed.This article highlights the concerns from basic conditions of interconnection,routing scheme of urban rail transit,operation management and CRT practice.Basic conditions for interconnection: although the unification of lines,trains,power supply,communication has been realized,the unification of the signal system remains as a technical barrier.Chongqing uses standardized signal interconnection.Routing scheme of urban rail transit: the essay analyzes the core elements of interconnection networked operation(in the driving organization plans of crossline locomotive routing of fast train and slow train),including stopping plan,driving interval,train operation chart preparation and others.And the essay utilizes the insertion and the replacement method in the analysis of the interconnection routing scheme.This paper studies,in the initial period of interconnection and under the condition of regular interval and fixed vehicle bottom,the common multiples and and periodicity about train operation intervals.Interconnection network operation management: To achieve interconnection,this essay analyzes operation organization,global scheduling,emergency operation organization,information release and guidance,passenger management,etc.,and figures out the characteristics of the interconnection network operation organization.CBTC interconnection network operation Practice: The essay conducts empirical research on the Rail Line 4,crossline of ring line and fast and slow train operation.The research results of this essay can guide the CBTC interconnection network operation organization,which can contribute to the crossline locomotive routing,fast and slow train operation organization and optimization of operation management of lines 4,5,9,10 and the ring line involved in the second round of routes to some extent.Besides,it is also a summary of the construction and operation of CBTC interconnection network.The experience can act as a reference with some advice for other cities with a focus on interconnection and can play a role in enhancing urban rail transit.
