Jointless Track Circuit(JTC)is mainly used for track occupancy checking and continuous information transmission from the ground to the vehicle in the train control system.For JTC trackside equipment,the failure of the compensation capacitor and the tuning unit may affect the transmission quality of the JTC signal and thus endanger the safety of the train.At present,the research on the fault diagnosis of JTC rail trackside equipment is only for the fault diagnosis of single rail trackside equipment,and most of them do not consider the combined failure modes of different types of equipment.In this regard,this paper comprehensively considers two kinds of trackside equipment,such as compensation capacitors and tuning units,and proposes a fault diagnosis method of JTC rail trackside equipment based on stock analysis and gray correlation.The main contents of this paper is as follows:1.Based on the transmission line theory,a track circuit reader(TCR)induced voltage envelope of cab signal(IVECS)model is constructed,and the variation rule of IVECS in the case of combined failure of the compensation capacitor and the tuning unit is analyzed.2.A fault diagnosis method of JTC's rail trackside equipment based on stock analysis and gray correlation is proposed.Firstly,the IVECS is segmented according to the position of the compensation capacitor,and its features are extracted,based on the stock technical indicators,and the features are evaluated,based on the Fisher score method,and the IVECS fault feature sequence is constructed;then based on Deng's gray correlation degree,JTC trackside equipment fault diagnosis model is constructed,and fault diagnosis strategy is designed;finally,the relevant parameters in the fault diagnosis model are determined,and the relevant evaluation indicators are selected to evaluate the JTC rail trackside equipment fault diagnosis algorithm.Experimental verification using actual data shows that the method can effectively identify single faults and combined faults of JTC trackside equipment,and the diagnostic accuracy rate is 97.8%,and it is still robust when the parameters such as JTC transmission level and ballast resistance fluctuate,it can meet the actual needs of the railway site.3.The fault diagnosis software of JTC rail trackside equipment based on TCR remote monitoring system is designed.The design scheme of JTC trackside equipment fault diagnosis software based on TCR remote monitoring system is developed;three functional modules including online monitoring,offline diagnosis and fault simulation are designed for the software according to the application requirements on site.The function of each working module is verified through experiments,and it is proved that the software can provide the monitoring and early warning of JTC rail trackside equipment fault.The amount of figures is 41,the amount of tables is 1,the amount of reference articles is 67.
