The rapid development of high-speed railway and subway has greatly improved the convenience of people’s travel and attracted more and more passengers to choose high-speed railway and subway travel. As the connecting node between the two,the comprehensive hub of high-speed railway and metro undertakes most passengers’ transfer. With the complex functions of the hub and the continuous growth of passenger flow, the normal operation of the metro stations connected with the hub is faced with new challenges. The passenger composition of railway hub stations is very different from that of ordinary stations,so the micro-simulation study of hub passenger characteristics is of great significance.Firstly, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the microscopic behavior of passengers at the hub, summarizes the traffic attributes and behavioral characteristics of passengers, and describes the behaviors at different facilities in pedestrian stations, analyzes the microscopic behavior of passengers, and depicts the streamline of passengers in the station. At the same time, considering the impact of luggage on the individual pedestrian space, the spatial dimensions of the pedestrian model of male and female passengers and group passengers with different types of luggage were calculated to reflect the microscopic differences of individual passengers. The method of video shooting and pedestrian field tracking was used to investigate and make statistics on passengers in the hub subway station, and the physiological attributes(age, gender, etc.),traffic attributes(travel time, travel speed, etc.)and individual characteristics(luggage load, group, etc.)of passengers were calculated.Statistical analysis and correlation analysis were carried out on the survey data to obtain the behavior rules and behavior parameters of passengers at different locations in the station, and the change rules of passengers’ distribution, travel speed and baggage carrying at different locations were analyzed. Then the binary Logit model is used to analyze the pedestrian’s local path choice, focusing on the pedestrian’s choice behavior when facing up stairs and escalators. The number of people in line, the number of luggage, age and time sensitivity were selected as the main factors for modeling analysis. The model parameters were calibrated according to the collected data, and the calculation of pedestrian path selection probability of the station was realized according to the model, which was used as an explicit variable in the analysis of potential categories of passengers.Taking the choice of escalator in passenger building, age, gender, occupation, baggage load and group as explicit variables, the latent category model was established to divide passengers into four categories with significant differences in behavior, and the accuracy test was carried out.Combined with the results of classification data and investigation and analysis, the paper summarizes the naming and characteristics of various passengers. Finally, based on the above studies on passenger heterogeneity,a case study is conducted to establish the simulation model of the hub subway station.By using the survey data and the path selection model, the parameters of pedestrian heterogeneity are set from three aspects, namely, pedestrian model setting, station facility characteristic setting and path setting. Then, the model of subway station is simulated comprehensively, the passenger flow agglomeration behavior and the change rule of the passenger density in subway station are analyzed from the time and space dimensions, the location of the passenger flow density is large and the location of the passenger flow line is poor is improved, and the optimization Suggestions are put forward.Under the condition of ensuring safety,it is of great practical significance to make the connection between subway and high-speed railway station be applied to the greatest extent.
