In recent years,China's road traffic construction has entered a stage of high-speed development,in which subway construction,operation and maintenance has become a public safety issue of high concern to the state and society.The purpose of this paper is to construct a set of automatic and high precision tunnel deformation detection system based on large field of vision measurement.The measurement range is 2 m-7m,the measurement accuracy is 1 mm..Based on the non-contact line structure light measurement scheme,a tunnel scanning vision sensor based on the previous theoretical calculation,the mid-term simulation and the later practical measurement design is designed.At the same time,an image user interface is designed which integrates modeling,parameter analysis,calibration and measurement.The main tasks are:(1)A simulation model for tunnel measurement is designed using Zemax optical design software,and the structural parameters of the sensor are given based on the simulation.(2)The effect of the sensor's sensor's sensor's sensor's sensor's ° of 4.86 tilt according to Sham's law is analyzed and compared.(3)How the designed GUI interface enables dynamic data exchange between Matlab and Zemax,including the setting of the space position of the object and the display of the picture of the detector.(3)A set of tunnel scanning vision sensor was built by using the existing structural parameters and selected optical devices,and the precision test and experimental data processing analysis of the sensor were completed.
