Due to the three public principles of "openness,justice and fairness" and the principle of selecting the best,China began to pilot the trading mode of the bidding and tendering system in 1980.Since then,this trading mode has gradually become the most important trading mode in China's construction engineering industry.If the contractor wants to undertake the project,he must participate in the bidding activities of the project,and then the bidding has been paid more and more attention by the contractor.The purpose of bidding is to obtain the winning qualification of the project,and the ultimate purpose is to obtain benefits through contracting the project.In the highly competitive construction market,it is not easy for enterprises to stand out.Enterprises must make good use of their own resources to highlight their advantages to the greatest extent.Therefore,under the environment of bidding for projects,enterprises must improve the management of project bidding.Based on the related literature,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the bidding management of engineering projects and the causes of the problems through the form of questionnaire survey.Based on this analysis R design and construction integration project in the bidding management problems and causes of the problem.According to the specific problems to put forward measures to deal with the problem,as well as conducive to enterprise bidding management Suggestions.To improve the management system of enterprises,enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,conducive to the long-term development of enterprises.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research and expounds the necessity of strengthening the bidding management in the bidding stage.The second chapter mainly describes the relevant theories and concepts,the definition of bidding and the general procedures of bidding,the content and characteristics of bidding for the integrated project of design and construction,and the Suggestions on bidding strategies based on the fuzzy mathematical theory and method.The third chapter mainly through the questionnaire survey research methods to analyze and summarize the bid of the project management in the existing problems and causes of the problem,and combining with R design construction project and bidding situation,analysis of R integration of design and construction projects in the bidding management existing problems and causes of the problem.The fourth chapter identified the possible risk factors of R design and construction integration project in the bidding stage,and then determined the risk of this project by using APH and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.After analyzing the risk and deciding to participate in the bidding,fuzzy mathematics theory is applied to calculate the optimal bidding quotation of R design and construction integration project.The fifth chapter puts forward the measures and methods to solve the problems of bidding management,and proposes the measures to improve the bidding management of enterprises.Chapter six is the summary and prospect of this thesisThis thesis through to R design construction project bidding,for example,analyzes the existing problems in the bidding management as well as the causes of problems,from the bidding strategy and bidding management system and the bidding work flow put forward the relevant measures and Suggestions,to promote enterprise reform and improve the bidding management,so as to achieve the enhancement purpose to the enterprise comprehensive strength,is advantageous to the enterprise contracting projects.
