Because of the high cost and low efficiency in the development,test and production of laser guided weapons.The emergence of laser hardware in the loop simulation system provides a laboratory test environment for laser guided weapons,which greatly reduces the cost of weapon development and improves the efficiency of weapon development.According to the statistics of the US military,90% of the system identification and data evaluation of laser guided weapons are obtained through the results of hardware in the loop simulation experiments.And According to China's Aerospace Department,products that fail to pass the hardware in the loop simulation shall not participate in flight experiments.The laser target simulation system in the laboratory environment restores the change of the physical characteristics of the laser signal in the actual battlefield environment,and simulates the relative movement of the missile and the target.It is the core of the laser hardware in the loop simulation system,and is indispensable in the development of laser guided weapons.In order to realize the laser target simulation system with high performance,it is necessary to study the two key technologies of laser energy precise simulation technology and target motion simulation technology,and to overcome the difficulties in its implementation.Aiming at the problems of the traditional laser energy simulation technology,such as small adjustment range and low adjustment accuracy,this paper realizes the precise simulation of laser energy by establishing the precise laser energy attenuation model and designing the precise control mechanism in the simulation environment.In view of the problems of poor dynamic response and low real-time performance in traditional laser target motion simulation technology,this paper proposes a method to realize target motion simulation by using two-dimensional galvanometer system,establishes a mathematical model of target motion,and compiles an improved control algorithm to ensure the rapid response performance of the system to control instructions,so completes the requirements of high-performance indicators Accurate simulation of target motion.Finally,based on the established laser energy attenuation model and target motion mathematical model,the hardware experiment platform of the system is built,and the upper computer control software and database management system software are compiled,which provides a simulation test platform for the test of key technical indicators of the system.In order to guarantee the reliability of the simulation and provide the direction for the optimization of the system performance,it is necessary to analyze the system error source and its error transfer process in detail.At present,the research work in this area is relatively vacant.Based on the established system simulation test platform,the error transfer of laser energy simulation process and target motion simulation process is analyzed and calculated in detail,and the correction scheme is proposed.At the same time,in order to ensure the stability of the system,this paper analyzes the reliability of the whole system.Finally,based on the established laser target simulation system experimental platform,the key performance indicators of the system are tested to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
