In the rail transit system,the train drawn by linear induction motor(LIM)has the advantages of strong climbing ability,small turning radius,low driving noise,high safety and reliability.However,the efficiency and power factor of linear induction motor are low.At the same time,due to the constraints of the size of the bottom structure of the vehicle,there are also design requirements for the motor volume.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a primary superconducting linear induction motor based on the performance parameters of Changsha Maglev Motor,and analyzes the performance of the designed motor.The main research contents of the full text are as follows:(1)The AC loss generated by the high-temperature superconducting tape and the wound coil during AC input is analyzed.Based on the performance parameters of the Changsha maglev line motor,the theoretical calculation of the loss and efficiency of the Changsha line motor after the use of high-temperature superconducting materials was made.The main parameters of the superconducting motor and the selection of the electromagnetic load are determined,and then the structure of each part of the motor: the primary superconducting winding coil,the primary core,the refrigeration system and the coil bracket are designed respectively.The main part is the design of the superconducting winding coil.Finally,all the design parameters of the motor structure are given.(2)According to the design parameters of the obtained motor structure,the simulation model of coreless and cored superconducting linear induction motor was established by using ANSYS software in three-dimensional transient field.Under the rated operation condition,the secondary eddy current and air gap magnetic field of the two kinds of motors are simulated by finite element method.The transverse and longitudinal distribution of eddy current and magnetic field of the two kinds of motors are calculated and analyzed,and the thrust and normal force of the two kinds of motors are compared and analyzed.(3)The performance of superconducting and non superconducting schemes are compared and analyzed in the following aspects: performance parameters,traction characteristics,safety and reliability,economy,maintainability and electromagnetic environment.The linear induction motor traction control system is studied,and the influence of the superconducting scheme on the control system is analyzed.
