At present,with the continuous development and progress of science and technology,the structure of various equipment in subway stations is becoming more and more complex and the integration is becoming higher and higher,which leads to difficult and expensive maintenance of equipment.The traditional maintenance and repair mode of subway station is not efficient enough nowadays with increasing passenger flow.The main purpose of the comprehensive intelligent maintenance management system of the subway station is to make the maintenance and repair process of the subway station equipment more efficient and accurately predict the aging degree of the equipment and the faults that will occur,so as to maintain and repair in time,thereby improving the economic efficiency of the subway station.This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of a comprehensive intelligent maintenance management system for subway stations.From the main functions of the system,it is divided into general function modules and professional function modules for design and development.The design of the general function module adopts the SSM framework based on the B/S architecture,the database uses MySQL,and adopts a layered and modular design scheme,which improves the flexibility and scalability of the system.In the process of designing and implementing professional function modules,relevant data mining methods are used,combined with actual data to realize the health assessment of the chiller in the subway station and the failure prediction of the disk array.The main design and implementation modules of the thesis are:(1)Work management module:to provide related users with maintenance and inspection related functions;(2)system management module:to provide administrator users with basic management functions of the system;(3)cold water Unit health algorithm module:evaluate the health of the chiller equipment and provide a reference for the maintenance of the chiller;(4)hard disk failure prediction algorithm module:identify the hard disk that will fail,in order to timely data backup and other work.At the end of this article,we test the project,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the system and make plans for future improvements.At present,the comprehensive intelligent maintenance management system of subway stations has been put into trial operation on two subway lines.The results of the trial operation show that the effect of the comprehensive intelligent maintenance management system of the subway station has been expected.It can provide users of major subway stations with efficient and convenient services,effectively improve the station work efficiency,save maintenance and repair costs,and thereby increase the economic benefits of the subway station.
