| The substation grounding grid system is an important guarantee facility for the operation safety of substations. However, most of the substation grounding grids in China are made of metal(mostly steel).Since the grounding grid is spread throughout the entire power station and is a hidden project, its long-term complexity In the underground environment, the grounding grid is inevitably affected by the chemical and electrochemical corrosion of the soil, and its function will inevitably be weakened or even completely lose its due efficacy. However, due to the different soil where the grounding grid is located, the corrosion rate of the soil is different,so it is necessary to study the corrosion rate of different soils. This paper takes the soil of 100 substations and areas distributed in Zhejiang Province as the research object, tests and samples the on-site soil, then analyzes the corrosion rate of different soils in the laboratory, and then targets the corrosion rate and the corrosion rate of Taizhou Substation 1 and Ningbo Substation 2 The product was analyzed, and the self-developed electrochemical three-electrode probe was used to test the effect of moisture content on the corrosion rate in the laboratory, which provided technical support for the substation on-site monitoring of soil corrosion rate. The following is the main research content of this article and Results.(1)Among the substations in Zhejiang Province,100 substations and areas were selected for soil sampling, and then the soil corrosion rate was tested to find out the main influencing factors affecting the soil corrosion rate of these 100 substations and areas.p H value, resistivity and water content.(2)The corrosion rate of the soil of these 100 substations and areas has been tested. The corrosion rate is basically between 0.026 and 0.076 mm/a,and is relatively evenly distributed in the province, which belongs to the category of minor corrosion;the area with more severe soil corrosion It is mainly located in the coastal area of Hangzhou Bay where the industry is relatively developed and the coastal beach, which belongs to the medium corrosion category.(3)The soil with more sand and gravel has lower corrosion rate, and the soil corrosivity may be influenced by climate change.(4)The effect of water content on the soil corrosion rate was tested in the laboratory. The analysis of the test results shows that with the increase of time, the water content decreases slowly and the corrosion rate also decreases slowly. After adding water, the water content and corrosion rate are sharp.Increase, then with the increase of time, the water content and corrosion rate decrease slowly. It can be seen from this that the soil moisture content is a key factor affecting the soil corrosion rate, and the relationship between the two is positive, that is,the soil corrosion rate gradually increases as the soil moisture content increases.(5)Soil corrosion monitoring can Quantitative analysis the soil corrosivity and quickly reflect the soil corrosivity and the influence of soil environment change on the corrosion rate. Therefore, soil corrosion monitoring can provide effective data reference for the construction of substation grounding grid,Corrosion Protection and corrosion management of related equipment. |
