China’s existing buildings are large in total quantity and high in energy consumption and carbon emissions,so it is necessary to carry out emission reduction renovation on existing buildings.Due to the high proportion of residential buildings in existing buildings,it was proposed during the 13 th Five-Year Plan that the energy-saving renovation area of existing residential buildings in cold and cold areas in China should exceed 500 million ㎡.Through continuous practice and innovation,China’s existing construction emission reduction technologies have taken shape on a large scale.However,due to the large geographical span of our country,the main influencing factors of building energy consumption are closely related to climate and environment,so the complexity of residential emission reduction and reconstruction is highlighted.Moreover,the GDP situation in different regions is also different,the government support fund standard for residential emission reduction transformation is also different,and the promotion degree of residential emission reduction transformation in different regions is also different,resulting in the cost of emission reduction transformation in China’s cold regions is still difficult to control.At present,the carbon trading market is booming.The existing buildings can be reformed to reduce emission.The carbon trading of the saved carbon dioxide can reduce the cost of building reformation.The excellent information integration capability and visualization capability of BIM and its related software make the design factors and results of emission reduction clear.Comparing and analyzing the differences before and after the emission reduction transformation,we can choose a better transformation scheme.Therefore,the combination of BIM and the emission reduction transformation of existing residential buildings will be of great significance.In this paper,the existing residential buildings in Changchun city are taken as the research object,and the study is based on the landform and climate characteristics of Changchun city.In the main text,a large number of energy-saving and emission-reduction renovation design schemes for existing residential buildings in severe cold areas are investigated,and various schemes are analyzed and studied from the perspective of economy.The main contents of the study are as follows:The first chapter elaborates the research background,purpose and significance ofthe thesis.At the same time,the research method and technical route of the paper are clearly given.In the second chapter,This paper expounds the concepts related to BIM,and introduces the relevant policies issued by China for the promotion and development of BIM,and the current application and development status of BIM.The application of BIM in carbon emission is introduced.The reasons for choosing Revit software for modeling and Design Builder software for carbon emission simulation are briefly described.In the third chapter,the energy-saving renovation technology of exterior windows and roofs of existing residential buildings is summarized.The orthogonal experiment method and economic analysis used later are introduced.The fourth chapter introduces the general situation of the project and sets the model parameters according to the selection of existing residential buildings for model construction.The annual energy consumption and carbon emissions of the residential building were simulated.The fifth chapter carbon emission simulation is mainly carried out for the reconstruction of existing residential buildings.According to the technology summarized in the third chapter,the single-factor reconstruction simulation analysis is carried out on the exterior windows,exterior walls and roofs of existing residential buildings respectively.Three factors and four levels are selected for orthogonal experiments to analyze the influence of multi-factor changes on carbon emissions of existing residential buildings.This paper analyzes the renovation of existing residential buildings from the perspective of economy.Combining emission reduction analysis and economic analysis,the optimal scheme of emission reduction transformation for existing residential buildings in Changchun is obtained.The sixth chapter conclusions and prospects.
