With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the flow of people and vehicles in the city has also increased rapidly,and there are many vehicles and fewer roads in the city,which leads to the increasingly serious problem of traffic congestion in the city.Traditional traffic road signal lights have poor real-time control,and it is difficult to meet the current traffic requirements of various traffic intersections in some large and medium-sized cities in China.In order to alleviate the road congestion pressure,this study applies neural networks into traffic flow prediction and traffic signal control.Firstly,the research status of traffic road signal control is explained,and related work of neural network in traffic signal control is analyzed.Then,based on the study of discrete time recursive synchronization of synchronous bidirectional networks with or without random effects,a novel synchronization error model is established,and a combined scheme of adaptive controller and quantizer is designed to be used with or without Random effect synchronous recursive synchronization of bidirectional network,and its effectiveness is verified through simulation experiments.Moreover,a deep learning short-term traffic flow prediction framework based on CNN-LSTM-PSO is proposed.This framework combines CNN(Convolutional Neural Networks)and LSTM(Long Short Term Mermory network)and uses PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization)algorithm to optimize the hyperparameters of the hybrid network structure.This method can obtain local trends of traffic flow data and the correlation between the long-term correlation feature.The experiment with actual traffic flow data set finally verifies the effectiveness of the method.This paper designs and implements an intelligent control system for traffic signal lights,makes a detailed design of the intelligent control system for traffic signal lights,and conducts a comprehensive test of the system's related functions.The test results show that the intelligent control system of traffic road signal lights can effectively alleviate the urban traffic road congestion and improve the efficiency of urban traffic.
