In recent years,with the development of social economy,wireless mobile broadband communication has penetrated into every corner of people’s daily work and life,people are more and more dependent on mobile broadband communication,naturally,the requirements for mobile communication quality are also constantly improving.High speed railway is one of the most active mobile broadband applications.It is a great challenge for the construction and development of high speed railway communication network to provide high quality mobile communication service in high speed,large amount of traffic and complex scene.As a result,the high-speed rail department has proposed the development of LTE-based wireless communication technology to provide high-quality voice,multimedia access and Internet entertainment services for train passengers,it could also provide safe,reliable and efficient communication system for railway operation and management.LTE has a key technology in the field of mobility,named handover.Its role is to ensure the quality and consistency of users’ communication.This technology is widely used in high-speed rail.Because the train is running at high speed,the user terminals on the train are shuttling in different communities,causing frequent handover,and the train is often running between the mountains.The handover environment is unstable,and it is easy to fail.Aiming at the problem of unstable switching environment and high dropout rate of user terminals in high-speed railway environment,this paper proposes a dynamic adjustment algorithm of switching parameters based on statistics,which aims to ensure the timely and effective completion of switching and provide users with high-quality continuous wireless access services.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)the algorithm is centrally deployed on the base station side,without the change of user terminals,and the implementation is simple Single,the influence surface is small;(2)the algorithm uses the small step fine-tuning method to ensure the smoothness and stability of the system;(3)the algorithm uses the balance ball principle,which can roll back when the implementation effect is not good,and has robustness.This paper first introduces the overall network architecture,network element functions,wireless interface protocol of LTE system,and then introduces LTE This paper introduces the function and classification of handoff in the system,and focuses on the detailed analysis of LTE handoff process.Then,aiming at the common problems of handoff in high-speed rail environment,the paper analyzes and studies the wireless link failure and link re establishment,and puts forward the dynamic adjustment algorithm of handoff parameters based on statistics.This algorithm mainly adjusts and optimizes the handoff parameters used in the handoff process In order to reduce the number of handover failures,improve the success rate of handover,and finally provide stable and reliable mobile broadband wireless communication for high-speed rail,finally,the handover algorithm is verified through the laboratory environment.
