Vibration problems exist in all aspects of modern life.Vibration phenomenon is a common phenomenon in nature. It can be seen everywhere in the production process and industrial manufacturing. When the amount of vibration is too large, the industrial equipment will have the risk of failure and reduced stability, which will seriously affect the safety of the organization’s operation. In addition,in people’s daily life, there are many vibration phenomena that affect people’s quality of life, and may even cause serious harm to people’s body and mind. The magnetorheological damper can dynamically change the damping force by changing the input current in the coil.It has the advantages of large adjustable range and good dynamic performance. It has been widely concerned by domestic and foreign engineering and academic circles. In practical applications, due to the strong nonlinear hysteresis characteristics of MR dampers,it is difficult to design a controller with superior performance.Inverse model control,as a direct control method, has the advantages of simplicity, high accuracy, and ease of implementation,so it is widely used in the control process of MR dampers. However, the inverse model parameters of the MR damper are often fixed in practice, which greatly limits the performance of the damper. Therefore, this paper proposes an adaptive MR damper inverse model, the main work includes:(1)This paper first proposes the working principle of the inverse model studied. It collects the output damping force and displacement signals of the MR damper, and uses the Adam optimization algorithm to realize the self-update of the model parameters.(2)In order to verify the effectiveness of the adaptive model, this paper did multiple sets of experiments at different frequency points. The experimental study on the description of the hysteresis characteristics of the MR damper by the adaptive model and the tracking performance of the adaptive model to the output damping force of the MR damper when the conditions change. In addition, this paper compares the tracking ability of the adaptive model and the fixed parameter model commonly used in damper control to the damping force. The comparison results show that under the same conditions, the adaptive model proposed in this paper is superior to the traditional model.(3)In order to explore the performance of the adaptive inverse model controller in actual control, this paper designs the vehicle suspension semi-active controller in combination with the skyhook control and adaptive inverse model.Using Matlab / Simulink, the control system is simulated. The experimental results are compared and evaluated. It provides a new idea for the control of magneto-rheological semi-active vibration.
