In recent years,with the vigorous implementation of the coal-to-electricity policy in the northern region,the temperature requirements for hot water extraction using the heat pump hot water mechanism have continued to increase,and the problems of pipeline leakage due to vibration have also emerged.As the ambient temperature decreases,and in order to meet the heating capacity,the compressor needs long-term high-frequency operation.Due to the unreasonable design of the pipeline structure,the alternating stress generated by the compressor in this case for a long time will cause damage to the pipeline,Causing a significant impact on the use of the unit.Among them,the structural design problems are mostly important.Because the designers take different vibration damping measures based on their experience,and this empirical method can not be beneficial to the vibration reduction of the unit,especially for the frequency conversion unit,the reasonable design of the pipeline is especially important.In this paper,in order to solve the design problem of the pipeline structure of the unit and obtain the optimal structural parameters.First of all,the original pipeline is finite element modeled for carrying out modal simulation and harmonious response simulation.Then,dynamic simulation was carried out on different improved model modeling.Finally,the parameters of the straight pipe section and the counterweight were optimized and sensitivity analyzed,and the optimal pipeline structure was obtained.And pipeline-two's impact of vibration is the largest.Adding a counterweight to the exhaust pipe 2 helps the stress improvement the most,and the stress at some frequency points has little correlation with the structural parameters of these designs.Consider changing other structural design parameters.It is also found that the more the number of supports,the higher the natural frequency of the unit.When the position of the support is at a position where the original structure has a larger displacement,the natural frequency at which the original structure is the main mode will disappear.The influence rule of wall thickness and counterweight on the unit's natural frequency is relatively simple,and there is a tendency to move the same vibration mode to high frequency and low frequency as a whole,but it has little effect on the vibration position and shape.
