With the rapid development of satellite applications and information technology in the new era,the number of satellites and information processing capabilities are constantly improving.At the same time,there are various requirements submitted by different users,such as point targets to be observed,area targets to be covered,and moving targets to be searched.It is necessary to study corresponding processing mechanisms and solutions to these new requirements.Multiple types of observation task of observing satellites collaborative scheduling is oriented to data transmission resources such as earth observation satellites,ground stations and relay satellites,and diverse user observation task requests,and strives to establish a long-term and effective connection between them.Obtaining the mission planning scheme of the satellites participating in the scheduling through an effective method makes it possible to efficiently organize the observation satellite resources to execute the missions,thereby satisfying various demands of users.This article divides the multi-type observation tasks into stationary observation tasks and moving search tasks according to whether the specified target object changes position during observation.The main research results are as follows:1.First,it introduces the general process of satellite earth observation mission planning,describe multiple types of observation task,analyze and process planning and scheduling constraints that need to be met,assumptions and considerations to introduce the working principle of imaging satellites;secondly,from the perspective of stationary observation tasks,The satellite's analysis and planning strategy for this kind of task planning are given;Finally,starting from the moving search tasks,the motion characteristics of the moving target at sea are analyzed,and the search scenario for this type of task is given.On this basis,the strategies and thinking of satellite search for such problems are introduced.2.Research on the scheduling model and algorithm of satellite comprehensive planning for stationary observation tasks.First,based on the analysis of imaging satellite planning constraints and satellite comprehensive planning problems for stationary observation tasks,a mathematical model that needs to meet the constraints is given;secondly,the idea and basic application model of ant colony optimization are introduced,and the scheduling problem is regarded as solving the optimal subset problem,the improved pheromone ant colony optimization was improved and proposed;finally,the experimental analysis of the parameters of algorithm performance,time efficiency and pendulum angle is carried out.3.Research on multiple satellites collaborative scheduling problem analysis and solution methods for moving search tasks.Firstly,the uncertainty of the environment and target motion in the search problem is described,and a grid-based method for moving target search and discovery is given.In this method,the business process of this type of task is introduced.And establish the environment and search map update model to provide the basis for the solution;and then use the target discovery probability as the sensor scheduling model,based on the observation information fusion update model and target motion prediction update model,to update the search map for this problem;finally Experiments on the performance and time efficiency of the method are carried out,which shows that the proposed method can effectively solve the problem of searching for moving targets under multi-satellite joint.
