Distributed generation(DG)has the characteristics of reasonable utilization of energy efficiency,small loss,less pollution,flexible operation and better economy.The peak load pressure of the distributed network can be relieved by connecting the DG to the distributed network.Due to the intermittence and fluctuation of the output power,the load does not match the DG due to its characteristics and distribution.Therefore,the flexible interconnection device is introduced to study the comprehensive evaluation and regulation of the active distribution network.At first,the model of the DG and load are studied in the active distribution network.At the same time,the typical scenarios are selected.The models lay a theoretical foundation for the later.Then,the adaptability of flexible interconnection device in active distribution network is evaluated.The adaptability model of the FID in the planning and optimization layer is studied.The objective function of maximum revenue of the distribution network and shortest return life of the FID is established in the planning model.The economy of the active distribution network after access to flexible interconnection devices is evaluated by the adaptive step-size search algorithm,and the operation region of the power transfer value is obtained.In the optimization layer,the index function with the maximum PV permeability and the minimum line load rate as the objective is established.The NSGA-? algorithm is used to calculate the change of the index function corresponding to the active power transfer value of the flexible interconnection devices in the operation regions.Through the sequential scan method,the planning layer model,the optimization layer model and the power flow calculation are combined to form an overall system algorithm to evaluate the adaptability of the flexible interconnection devices in the active distribution network.Finally,the operation planning model of the active distribution network is established.Combined with the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and according to the line load balance index,the coordination analysis of the active distribution network is carried out to determine the power transfer value of the flexible interconnection device in different installation positions and quantities of the active distribution network.According to the net income index of the distribution network in the whole life cycle,the economic analysis of the active distribution network is carried out to determine the optimal installation location and quantity of the flexible interconnection device,and the results of the optimal configuration are obtained.
