In recent years,with the further implementation of large-scale projects such as "Xinjiang electricity delivery" and "the Belt and Road",more and more transmission lines pass through the desert area.Aeolian sand,as an important material in the desert,has the characteristics of low cohesion,poor stability and easy to move,which has a great influence on the stability of transmission line tower foundation which mainly bears the uplift load.Therefore,in this paper,the eolian sand in the hinterland of Taklimakan Desert in the south of Xinjiang was selected.According to the characteristics of eolian sand,Portland cement was used as curing agent to make the solidified eolian sand,through a series of experimental study on uplift characteris tics of aeolian sand before and after curing.The contents covered mainly include the following aspects:(1).Through a large number of geotechnical tests,the physical and mechanical properties of eolian sand were studied.the eolian sand was defined,and the influence of cement solidification on the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of eolian sand was analyzed;(2).By treating the experimental aeolian sand,the cement-solidified aeolian sand was obtained.The uplift load test of eolian sand and cement-solidified eolian sand foundation was carried out.Experimental parameters such as load-displacement curve,fracture diagram and ultimate tensile strength of foundation before and after aeolian sand solidification are obtained,The damage mechanism of aeolian sand before and after solidification,the ultimate bearing capacity of aeolian sand,the influence of various factors on the ultimate bearing capacity of aeolian sand,and the displacement change of foundation before and after solidification are studied;(3).The typical eolian sand foundation was selected to conduct numerical simulation test on its uplift bearing capacity test,the simulation test results were analyzed,the laboratory eolian sand foundation foundation uplift bearing capacity test results were compared with the simulation test results,the change rule of the ground matrix in the uplift process of eolian sand foundation was given;(4).In this paper,the variation law of eolian sand foundation under the tensile load test and the variation law of eolian sand foundation under the numerical simulation test are studied and compared.At the same time,the sliding surface of eolian sand foundation is given by the simulation test.
