Research On Characteristics Of Lobby Space Design Of Super High-Rise Hotel

In recent years,a large number of super high-rise complex buildings in China have alleviated many urban problems.The location advantage has attracted many luxury hotels to settle in.At present,China’s super high-rise complex construction hotels have a considerable scale.However,due to the difficulty of construction,tight land and complicated traffic,the distribution and design of the hotel lobby also faced many difficulties.This is how the "dual-lobby" model emerged.How to make full use of the limited space for reasonable layout of such hotels and explore the characteristics of the design of the hotel lobby space has become the focus of research.First of all,the research selected 15 representative hotels in the first-tier and provincial capitals of China as the research object,taking the spatial composition as the main theoretical guidance,and developing the spatial composition design of the hotel lobby from three aspects: functional composition,morphological composition,and spatial flow line analysis.Secondly,using comparative and statistical methods to compare and analyze 15 super high-rise complex hotels and 15 single-function hotels,and summarize the differences in the composition of the lobby space design between the two.Finally,combined with environmental psychology and behavioral psychology,sum up the pursuit of efficient functional layout,weaken the direction of spatial combination,improve the openness of spatial limitation,emphasize the contrast of spatial scale,pay attention to the conciseness of spatial vertical sequence,and highlight the spatial flow Convenient design features.Based on the analysis of the building structure,traffic characteristics,hotel lobby distribution,consumer functions and psychological needs,the relevant influencing factors are summarized.Demonstrate that the hotel lobby design has the characteristics of high efficiency and intensiveness,which meets the multiple needs of people in the context of rapid development of society,such as the pursuit of efficient use of functions,which is in line with the modernization of the city,the fast pace,and the pursuit of an efficient lifestyle.Figure22;Table48;Reference45...
