| Bend pipe is an important part of pipeline system of ship,aerospace,nuclear engineering,etc.In the bending process,due to processing,manufacturing and other technological constraints,the inner surface of bend is easy to produce micro crack,fold and other inner surface defects.When the bend pipe conveys oil,liquid,gas and other fluid media with the bend pipe conveys oil,liquid,gas and other fluid media the continuous erosion and impact of the fluid medium on the pipe wall will lead to the extension and deepening of micro-cracks.Over time,the nonuniformity of the inner surface quality of the bend pipe will cause the vibration and noise of the fluid movement,etc.This phenomenon causes the pipe hoop to loosen and reduces the stability and reliability of service of the pipeline.The performance of the equipment is directly related to the stability and reliability of the piping system.Pipeline problems can lead to equipment failure or even scrap.In order to ensure the stable performance of the pipeline system,the paper based on the magnetic abrasive fishing method,the quality uniformity control technology of the inner surface of the bend pipe is studied.It solves the quality defects of the inner surface of the bend pipe and improves the service performance of the bend pipe.In this paper,the experiments of the inner surface of the bend pipe by magnetic abrasive machining under the action of permanent magnetic field and electromagnetic field are studied.Due to the influence of curvature at the bend,the permanent magnet rotating magnetic field without pole head is prone to grinding eccentricity or interference.By using Ansoft Maxwell software to simulate and analyze,and combining with the test verification,the optimum magnetic pole head taper is obtained.The grinding process and the grinding efficiency are improved by slotting and optimizing the spherical auxiliary magnetic pole.In order to further improve the grinding quality and efficiency,the research on the technology of magnetic abrasive machining of the inner surface of the bend pipe based on the electromagnetic rotating magnetic field is proposed.This paper explores the principle of lapping,the movement posture of the auxiliary magnetic pole in the bend pipe and the lapping contact form.Under the action of electromagnetic rotating magnetic field,the spherical slotted auxiliary magnetic pole can complete rotation and revolution in the bend pipe.This method can not only promote the rolling and updating of magnetic abrasive particles,improve the grinding efficiency,but also increase the number of magnetic abrasive particles participating in grinding.It reduces the use frequency of single magnetic abrasive particle per unit time and effectively extends the service life of the magnetic abrasive particles.Through the experimental study on the inner surface of H63 brass bend pipe.The effectiveness and feasibility of the process for the uniformity control of the inner surface quality of the bend pipe by magnetic abrasive machining are verified.At the same time,it also provides a new idea and method for the research of magnetic particle grinding on the inner surface of the bend pipe. |
