Prefabricated structures contribute to the implementation of construction industrialization and have great potential to become one of the means to achieve resilient structures and resilient cities.Fabricated shear walls are the most suitable component for high-rise building structures.The existing research on fabricated shear walls is developing in the direction of horizontal modularization and the feasibility of repairability.However,there are difficulties that need to be overcome,such as weakening of rigidity,uncontrollable plasticity,and heavy workload of cast-in-place.Therefore,based on conceptual design of coupled shear wall,this thesis introduces a new prefabricated multi-coupled shear wall with plastic controllability,high ductility,easy assembly and wide applicability for any shear span ratio.The stiffness of multi-coupled shear wall can be equivalent to cast-in-place shear wall's stiffness.Taking multi-coupled shear wall as the research object,the following research work was carried out by this thesis:Design method of prefabricated multi-coupled shear wall.Based on design and composition of coupled shear wall,this thesis introduces prefabricated walls(strong modules)and multi-coupling beams(weak modules)and design a new prefabricated multi-coupled shear wall which can achieve equivalent stiffness principle by alternate connection of strong and weak modules.The series-parallel stiffness formation mechanism of multi-coupled shear wall is specified.The calculation formula and influence parameters of stiffness are given.The plastic controllable principle of " multi-coupling beams first,then the wall limbs " is built through utilizing the shear plastic deformation of multi-coupling beams and the difference in yield strength between multi-coupling beams and high-strength steel at the end.The force model and the normal section bearing capacity of multicoupled shear wall are demonstrated.Finally,the simplified calculation methods concerning bearing capacity and coupling degree evaluation of multi-coupling beams are recommended.Study on mechanical properties of multi-coupled shear wall with small shear span ratio.Taking the multi-coupled shear wall whose shear span ratio is 0.46 as an example,this thesis compares the mechanical properties and plastic damage processes of four small-shear-span-ratio multi-coupled shear walls with different assembly mode through numerical simulation,and the variable parameter of assembly mode is the number of prefabricated walls.This thesis analyzes the influence law of axial compression ratio,built-in steel and the related parameters of multi-coupling beams on mechanical properties and process of plastic damage of multi-coupled shear wall.The research results show that the assembly mode who can give consideration to high ductility and economy should be adopted.Adjusting parameters properly can make small-shear-span-ratio multi-coupled shear wall can achieve equivalent stiffness.Meanwhile,the plastic damage process presents as the plastic controllable principle,which means the sequence of " multi-coupling beams first,then the wall limbs "Study on mechanical properties of multi-coupled shear wall with middle shear span ratio.This thesis takes the multi-coupled shear wall whose shear span ratio is 1.0 as an example.By means of numerical simulation,this thesis compares the mechanical properties of two middle-shear-span-ratio multi-coupled shear walls with different assembly mode,whose variable parameter is the number of prefabricated walls.The influence law of axial compression ratio,built-in steel and the related parameters of multi-coupling beams on mechanical properties and process of plastic damage of multi-coupled shear wall is analyzed in this thesis.As the results show,the assembly mode with less prefabricated walls is able to achieve equivalent stiffness.,showing the expected plastic development sequence of " coupling beam first,then wall limb".Study on mechanical properties of multi-coupled shear wall with high shear span ratio.Taking the multi-coupled shear wall whose shear span ratio is 1.0 as an instance,this thesis demonstrates the feasibility of the assembly mode with double wall limbs.The influence law correlated to axial compression ratio,builtin steel and the related parameters of multi-coupling beams on mechanical properties and plastic damage of multi-coupled shear wall is investigated in this thesis.It can be concluded that equivalent stiffness rule can be achieved by adjusting various parameters.The plastic controllable principle also can be realized with the sequence of " multi-coupling beams first,then the wall limbs"...
