With the emergence of micro-polluted water sources,it is difficult to meet the sanitary standards for domestic drinking water by conventional water treatment technology alone.Biological pretreatment technology has attracted widespread attention because of its lower investment and better treatment effect.At present,the application of biological pretreatment technology is relatively extensive,but due to the lack of corresponding guidance in the application process of biological pretreatment technology,it is difficult to maximize its effectiveness.So,this paper beasd on the 13 th Five-Year Plan of water project,a comprehensive evaluation of the biological pretreatment operation management technology was carried out to further improve the technical level of biological pretreatment process operation management and provide support for the subsequent technical development of biological pretreatment process.First of all,this paper carried out an evaluation of the technical characteristics of biological pretreatment process operation management.According to the information obtained through literature review and field investigations,a hierarchical evaluation index system for technical characteristics was established in accordance with economic criteria,technical criteria and operational management criteria.At the same time,according to the technical characteristics of biological pretreatment process operation management,taking the AHP model as the basic model,a cluster AHP cluster analysis model based on improved analytic hierarchy process was established.Based on the model built,the technical characteristics of biological pretreatment process operation management were evaluated,and the overall technical score was 83.79,indicating that the biological pretreatment process performed well comprehensive effectiveness under the general operation management level of most urban water supply plants.According to the further analysis of the scores of various indicators,the results show that the practical level of the biological pretreatment process is relatively low,and subsequent optimization can be carried out accordingly.Secondly,according to the evaluation results of technical characteristics,the direction of technical optimization was determined,and the key technical points were selected to carry out technical optimization.First,the key technical points of common biological pretreatment processes(biological contact oxidation tank and aerated biological filter)were screened.Then,according to the operation and management objectives of the water plant,the technical characteristics evaluation index system is screened and refined,and the indexes that can directly reflect the comprehensive efficiency of the biological pretreatment process are selected.Then,based on the characteristics of the evaluation object,the technical optimization evaluation model is established based on the improved gray correlation model and the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,the technical optimization evaluation model based on the improved gray correlation model and the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was applied to the technical optimization evaluation of the biological pretreatment tank of a water plant in Guangzhou.Through the follow-up analysis of the relevant operation data of the water plant in 2018,A technical optimization evaluation was carried out,and the results show that the water plant operated stably in each month of 2018,and the operation effect was better,all of which reached the "excellent" or "good" standard,of which the operation effect in January was the worst and the operation effect in May was the best.Then,the technical comprehensive score results and technical optimization evaluation results were compared with the biological pretreatment process characteristics and the actual situation of the water plant,and the rationality of the technical optimization evaluation results and the reliability of the technical optimization evaluation model were initially verified.
