With the development of the aerospace industry and the increase in the complexity of deep space exploration missions,there is an increasing demand for the function of the solar wing system for space exploration energy conversion.The solar array realizes the repeatable expansion and contraction function,which can effectively reduce the tremor of the solar array under the harsh physical environment of satellite space,realize self-protection under extreme temperature conditions,and facilitate the on-orbit maintenance work of the super large solar array.The research of the solar array 's repeated spreading and closing system includes the linkage timing and the spreading and closing mechanism are two parts of the design,and the two can complement each other in order to achieve a reliable repeated spreading and closing function.In this paper,by analyzing the reasons why the solar array can't achieve repeated expansion,according to the system indicators and constraints,a new solar array timing expansion scheme is proposed,and the final system scheme is selected for different expansion agencies.Completed the hinge model of the unfolding mechanism,including the design of reversing torsion spring,locking groove and cam unlocking mechanism.Establish an unlocking cam model,complete optimization of the scale with transmission efficiency and driving torque as the main constraints and the objective function,rationally lay out the hinge mechanism,transmission system,and measurement system to obtain the overall assembly plan of the system.Based on the design of the solar array system,the D-H method was used to model and analyze the kinematics.The second-type Lagrange method was used to establish the system dynamics equations.The numerical calculations were compared with the Adams model results to verify the source of the errors.Analyze the source of shock and vibration during the expansion and contraction of the system.Based on the dynamic equations,a piecewise spline curve is used to establish the optimal joint trajectory with energy and time as the objective functions.Establish a finite element model of system components,carry out strength check,locking stiffness and modal analysis.Establish a virtual prototype of the spreading mechanism,carry out unlocking and locking performance analysis,study the impact of friction on the spreading process,establish a virtual prototype model of the sun wing system,complete the analysis of the overall spreading simulation process.Finally,we developed the prototype and test system of the solar array spreading mechanism,carried out prototype testing,and studied the spreading performance.
