Nowadays,the research and application of transmission efficiency testing system have become more and more mature.At present,the test system of transmission efficiency is mainly aimed at the exploration of normal temperature and pressure environment,but there is no more high-precision integrated automatic test equipment for extreme environment.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to study the transmission efficiency test system in extremely high and low temperature environment.At present,the traditional transmission efficiency test device has poor universality.Most of the test devices only have a single function and can only complete one project or performance test.Moreover,there is less experience in the design and research of test platform under the influence of extreme high and low temperature environment.In view of the shortcomings of the existing transmission efficiency testing system,this paper aims to study a set of transmission efficiency testing system under high and low temperature environment,including the design of mechanical structure and electrical system,aiming at the space used speed increasing device,the influence of high and low temperature environment transmission efficiency research and analysis.First of all,the research status of transmission efficiency test system is analyzed.On the basis of the existing,combined with the functional requirements and technical indicators of this research topic,the overall scheme of the test platform is designed.Combined with the design scheme,the relevant mechanical structure design is carried out for the platform,mainly including the design of the large foundation platform,the pillar supporting structure and the adjustment module.At the same time,for high and low temperature environment to do the targeted design and the corresponding components of the thermal impact analysis,and ANSYS thermal simulation analysis and check.Secondly,the electrical system of the high and low temperature test platform was built,the electrical components were analyzed,the motor speed,torque and inertia were checked,and the error transfer formula was used to analyze the accuracy of the test system,so as to lay a good foundation for the realization of the test system function and analyze the accuracy of the test system at the same time.Thirdly,based on Lab VIEW,the programming idea of state machine is adopted to realize the programming of the embedded program of the lower computer.The humancomputer interaction interface,including motion control and data acquisition,is built to complete the information interaction between the operator and the test platform,so as to ensure that the underlying system execution program can complete the specified tasks.Finally,after the system design of the test platform is completed,the system is installed and debugged,and the errors are analyzed.The influence of the measured factors on the result of system drive efficiency was studied and analyzed by means of orthogonal test,and the feasibility of the test scheme was verified by the analysis of the uncertainty of transmission efficiency.
