Gated communities have led to the urban layout of "large blocks & wide roads" in China.Opening up gated communities can increase the density of the road network and ease traffic congestion,but it also brings problems such as automobile exhaust pollution and traffic noise pollution.This contradiction complicates the problem of opening up gated communities,so this paper studies on the decision model of open gated communities considering the influence of traffic environment.According to the characteristics of the gated communities and its influence of opening,the research scope of the gated communities are determined from the scale,internal road condition and location of the closed community.From two aspects of traffic safety and traffic environment pollution,this paper makes a model assumption.This paper compares the existing traffic environment pollution model,and takes into account the national V emission standard,the characteristics of traffic flow within the communities,noise energy superposition and other factors to modify the model.In this paper,the three goals of the shortest travel time,the least automobile exhaust pollution and the least traffic noise pollution are taken as the open decision goals of the closed community,and the relationship between each goal and the cost is analyzed to transform the multi-objective problem into the single-objective problem with the minimum system cost.Decisions such as whether the gated communities are open,single-line and double-line,and speed limit are made by 0-1 variables and constraints.This paper further analyzes the interaction mechanism between the decision making of gated communities and road traffic flow,forms the master-slave hierarchical problem,and establishes the double-layer decision-making model of gated communities with the minimum cost of upper system and the balance of lower users.Using genetic algorithm and frank-Wolfe algorithm to solve the model.The genetic algorithm is designed by binary coding,random initial population generation,standardization of fitness function,roulette method selection,single point crossover and mutation probability.Frank-Wolfe algorithm is designed by Dijkstra label method,shortest path flow distribution method and successive average method.Designing an example network,giving the initial parameters,and then applying the model to solve the problem.Finally,10 initial populations are randomly generated to observe whether the decision results are consistent and test the model and algorithm.From the three aspects of the size,location and time cost of the gated communities,this paper applies the double-layer decision-making model of the gated communities opening,observes the changes of the gated communities opening decision-making by changing the road length,road network traffic demand and time value,and summarizes the relevant laws of the gated communities opening.
