As countries pushing forward the development of new energy cars,electric new energy vehicles as one of the important models,and it is more and more popular to our daily life.The batteries,motor and controller is the important part of a dynamic system of new energy vehicles,and the cost and quality requirements of them are higher and higher,so designing a low cost,high quality new energy vehicles become a key research direction in various auto enterprises and component suppliers.IGBT as the core device of motor controller,it is difficult to design which has too many coupling factors.First,it is difficult to extract the working condition parameters of IGBT combined with the whole vehicle operation;second,it is difficult to establish accurate IGBT electric heating model;third,it is difficult to extract and count the temperature time distribution data corresponding to IGBT accurately and effectively,The main task of this topic is making analysis of the main factors affecting the service life of power module,and through exploring the IGBT power module failure mechanism,the 12 m trolley with pure electric bus controller as an example,the design of pure electric vehicles IGBT operation condition acquisition scheme,controller electric model,measuring the IGBT life,thus developed a set of suitable for vehicle controller IGBT life estimation method,and applied in the actual product design.In this dissertation,author studies and designs the working condition of new energy vehicles,working condition of working condition of synthesis and decomposition processes and methods.Based on the actual operation condition of electric buses data collection,this paper uses the method of clustering and markov complete pure electric bus operation and development,and based on a bus powertrain matching and pure electric vehicle simulation model,this paper completes decomposition of IGBT operation simulation,IGBT operation parameters,the simulation model to extract controller lays the foundation for IGBT after life estimation.IGBT power module are presented in this paper through analyzing the electric model,build for IGBT and diode under state and switch state power loss model,and then,in turn,complete thermal resistance parameter extraction,Matlab/Simulink simulation modeling and model accuracy validation,finally,to extract pure electric bus controller IGBT module corresponding temperature-time distribution data.In this dissertation,the applicability of the rain-flow counting method in the statistical estimation of junction temperature was studied,and the realization process of its program was designed.The algorithm was realized through Matlab programming,and the junction temperature statistics were output.Based on the manufacturer's PC/TC curve and the concept of cumulative damage degree,the life of the controller IGBT power module for pure electric buses was calculated.Finally,with the help of Coffin-Manson and Arrhenuis,the accuracy and applicability of life measuremen model are verified.
