Bearings are important components in aero-engines.Their quality determines the performance and life of the aircraft.However,due to the drop and vibration shock during transportation and transportation,the quality of the bearing contact surface is degraded.The cushioning in the product packaging can reduce the impact and vibration during the circulation,and reduce it to the range that the bearing can withstand,thus extending the shelf life and increasing the added value of the product.Therefore,research on the buffer packaging is very important.This topic analyzes the packaging defects of the current roller bearings used in the engine shaft.During the transportation and handling process,due to objective factors such as the carrier,the road surface and the rough handling of the workers,the impact and vibration of the contents are affected,which directly leads to contact and collision between the contact surfaces of the rolling elements of the bearing,resulting in contact between the contact surfaces.Scratches and breaks.At the same time,the method of using foamed material as the bearing cushioning pad was proposed.According to the internal factors and external factors of the cushioning packaging design,foamed polyethylene(EPE)and foamed polyurethane(EPU)were selected as cushioning materials.Based on the force mechanism of the micro-scale unit structure of the foamed material,the force deformation process was analyzed,and the structural dimensions of the cushion pad were designed based on the empirical formula.The buffer coefficients of two materials of expanded polyethylene(EPE)and foamed polyurethane(EPU)were tested.Firstly,the stress-strain curve of the material is obtained by compression test,and then the curve is integrated according to the calculation formula of the buffer coefficient to obtain the corresponding relationship between the buffer coefficient and the stress of the material.The buffer coefficient corresponding to the lowest point of the curve is selected.The buffer coefficient of this material.Through the finite element software to simulate the impact of the bearing on the cushion pad during the drop process,the stress and displacement changes of the foamed polyethylene(EPE)and foamed polyurethane(EPU)materials were obtained.In order to verify the theoretical analysis results and the dimensional rationality of the cushion design,in the laboratory environment,the impact vibration and vibration generated during the transportation are simulated by the test equipment such as the drop machine,the vibration table and the sensor,and theimpact acceleration on the bearing is collected.Contrasting the cushioning performance of the designed packaging cushion with the relevant product standard embrittlement value.
