Abstract/Summary:
Currently,as people’s living standards are getting better and better,the number of private cars is also increasing year by year.With the development of the automobile industry for so many years,the level of industrial automation has been continuously improved,and the development of China’s tire industry has entered the golden development stage,occupying an important proportion in the global market.But at present,it has been many years since China’s tire enterprises built their factories,and the early equipment is facing the problem of replacement,obsoleting or upgrading which has become a problem that must be faced by tire enterprises.The wire bead is an important part of tire components.The performance of tire is closely related to the quality of wire bead.According to the specific requirements of field production of enterprises,this paper mainly analyzes the existing problems of old-fashioned steel wire winding machine,and puts forward transformation design scheme.Each part and device of the steel wire winding machine are analyzed in detail and compared with the current domestic development situations.In view of the two aspects of machinery and control,this paper puts forward a design scheme,and constructs a new control system and control program.PLC control system,servo drive,variable frequency drive,communication system,humanmachine interface,I/O site are designed and developed.The control method of extruder pressure is put forward,and the control requirements are achieved by PID regulating.In addition,by introducing the concept of electronic cam,a cam model is established;and the drawing of electronic cam curves is achieved by structured text programming,which meets the three-axis linkage requirements of the winding machine’s servo mechanism.At the same time,the realization method of wire bead of special specification is introduced,and the editing scheme is provided.In the stage of debugging practice,through the generation and comparison of real-time curves,the control program and servo parameters are further optimized to make the equipment run stably and all parameters meet the process requirements.At present,the equipment has been put into operation,the production efficiency has been significantly improved,and the quality of wire bead has been further improved.After the control system is tested in the production process,the safety,reliability and stability are verified.The control accuracy and production efficiency of the equipment are also significantly improved,which creates greater economic benefits for enterprises.
