In severe cold area, the outdoor temperature is low in winter, and cold radiation from external walls and windows has a great influence on local thermal sensation and thermal comfort. This subject is used as an entry point to study the effects of cold radiation exposure on indoor personnel at different positions from external windows and external walls, and to provide basic data for the revision of building thermal design specifications.First, through on-site research, the indoor heat exposure characteristics of winter in Harbin,a representative city in severe cold areas, were obtained.Taking the data at a distance of 2 meters from the window as the experimental group, and the data at the middle position and 2 meters from the inner wall as the control group, analyze the distribution characteristics of the thermal environment objective parameters and the thermal response of indoor personnel at different positions from the outer window and the outer wall Difference in feature distribution. The results show that the indoor average radiant temperature and operating temperature are not very different in spatial distribution;the asymmetric radiant temperature does not change much with room temperature, but the spatial distribution is significantly different;the overall thermal sensation, thermal comfort, and thermal acceptability at different locations vote There are differences;in moderate and cold environments, there is a large difference in the thermal sensation between the upper and lower parts of the human body, and the feet and legs are more likely to feel cold.Secondly, based on the laboratory research data, compare the differences between the average radiant temperature, operating temperature and asymmetric radiant temperature in the thermal environment formed by radiator heating and floor radiant heating. In addition, the study also studied the influence of the cold radiation of the outer wall surface on the subjective thermal response of the human body under the most unfavorable working conditions, and obtained the position closer to the outer wall, and the calf was most affected by the cold radiation, and obtained the outer temperature under the working conditions. The difference between the average wall temperature and the indoor air temperature is 2.6?,which provides a basis for the revision of the thermal specifications.Third, based on the data from the field survey, establish the complaining models of personnel about the overall thermal sensation of the human body at different locations and the influence weight of the local thermal sensation. The results show that when the overall thermal sensation is neutral at any location, the lower body will feel colder and the upper body will feel hotter;using the stepwise regression method to evaluate the overall thermal sensation with local thermal sensation, indicating that the significant variables at different locations are different,The influence weight is also different.Based on the evaluation model of average radiant temperature, operating temperature, room temperature and thermal sensation voting, the difference between the obtained thermal neutral temperature exceeds 1.2?;fitting the average radiant temperature and operating temperature with indoor air temperature has a good correlation.
