Asphalt mixture is one of the important factors that cause high energy consumption and high emission of highway infrastructure.In the era of vigorously promoting green traffic,the green development of asphalt mixture has become a trend.LCA,as an important environmental management tool,can comprehensively evaluate the environmental impact of asphalt mixture.However,at present,there are many problems in the research of environmental burden of asphalt mixture,such as big difference in technical background,poor comparability and so on.Based on the investigation of the environmental life cycle inventory of asphalt mixture,this paper analyzes the production environmental emission inventory and environmental impact assessment of two kinds of common asphalt mixture,AC and SMA,in different regions.On this basis,on the one hand,the results are summarized to build the environmental burden database of asphalt mixture production;on the other hand,the green development evaluation index of asphalt mixture is put forward,the weight and evaluation standard are determined,and the comprehensive evaluation system of green development of asphalt mixture is established.Firstly,the life cycle inventory analysis method based on process is used to investigate each life cycle stage of asphalt production,aggregate production,transportation,mixing and construction,and obtain the environmental emission data of CO2,Co,SO2,NOx,CH4,N2 O,NMVOC and PM in each sub stage.According to the characteristics of asphalt mixture material composition,the calculation model of environmental emission inventory is established,and the emission inventory analysis is carried out for 24 production scenarios of 6 kinds of mixture of AC(coarse-grained,medium-sized and fine-grained)and SMA in seven regions of the country.Secondly,based on the emission list of asphalt mixture production,four kinds of environmental impacts,GWP,HTP,POCP and AP,are selected to analyze the environmental impact assessment of asphalt mixture under different production scenarios.The confidence interval and uncertainty of the environmental emission and impact assessment results of asphalt mixture are analyzed by using DQI Monte Carlo simulation method,which proves the rationality of the assessment results.Then,based on access software,the database of environmental burden for asphalt mixture production is designed.The database includes the emission list data,environmental impact data and related basic information of asphalt mixture production,and the user-friendly query window interface is designed.Finally,based on the results of environmental emission investigation and impact assessment of asphalt mixture production,the green development assessment index is put forward.Based on AHP method,the index weight is calculated and the assessment standard is established.Based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,the green development assessment system of asphalt mixture is established.The environmental burden database of asphalt mixture production established in this paper is conducive to the improvement of the problems of lack of and poor comparability of environmental life cycle data of asphalt mixture.The evaluation method established in this paper is of great significance to the evaluation of green development of asphalt mixture.
