Research On Decomposition Of Cruise Intermediate Product Oriented Engineering

In recent years,the growth of offshore equipment and shipbuilding markets has gradually slowed down,and the cruise industry has begun to attract attention.China’s cruise market is therefore full of potential,attracting the attention of global cruise giants.The domestic government is also bound to seize the cruise market.It has introduced various policies and called on major shipyards to actively develop cruise ship construction and commit to taking the cruise ship."Pearl of the Sea".The construction of cruise ships is a complex system engineering project.Compared with typical ships,its engineering breakdown structure is more complicated.It mainly focuses on tasks such as thin plate segmentation production and cruise ship interior decoration.This paper is based on the intermediate product-oriented work breakdown structure(PWBS)of the modern shipbuilding model,and the construction of cruise ships is divided into the hierarchy of production activities(Acticity)→task package(WOP)→task(Task).Conduct meticulous decomposition research.The main research contents include:(1)Analyzed and studied the classification of intermediate products under the modern shipbuilding model.According to the structural characteristics,general layout characteristics and construction characteristics of the cruise ship,the difficulties in the construction of the cruise ship were identified;the construction phases were divided according to the key nodes of the cruise construction and the products of each phase were determined Break down the structure.(2)In the pre-operation phase of the cruise ship,the intermediate products of each layer are determined,focusing on the decomposition of the cruise ship’s sheet-segment production tasks,and starting from the shell,outfitting,coating and auxiliary operations,the task decomposition research of the sheet section and the structure section is carried out.(3)In the cruise ship loading operation stage,through the analysis of the cruise ship’s loading operation characteristics,combined with the loading network diagram,the intermediate products of the loading operation stage are determined,and the task decomposition study of the cruise ship hull structure loading operation is carried out,and starting from the hull,outfitting,coating and auxiliary operations,A detailed analysis of the tasks of the cruise ship loading operation phase.(4)In the post-operation phase of the cruise ship,analyze and study the characteristics of the post-operation phase,determine the intermediate products of the post-operation phase,and proceed from the two aspects of the region and the system.Research on task decomposition during the operation phase.
