In order to guide the user to choose a more reasonable multi-wedge band specification model and tension force in the automotive multi-wedge band friction coefficient measurement experiment,it is necessary to control the motion control system servo motor to drive the multi-wedge belt to do different forms of motion.At the same time,the motion control system is also an important part of Computer Numerical Control processing equipment,research motion control system for the realization of industrial automation level of high value.The purpose of this paper is to design a low cost and reliable servo motor motion control system.The whole system uses STM32F407 single chip microcomputer with DSP instruction set and hardware FPU as the core processor.The hardware circuit of motion control system is designed with this processor as the core,including display input module circuit,communication module circuit,motor drive module circuit,etc.At the same time,the core system of the software is ?C/OSII operating system,which together build the hardware and software platform of the whole motion control system.Therefore,the whole motion control system has high real-time,stability and rapidity.In addition,this paper analyzes and compares the commonly used linear and arc interpolation algorithms,and on this basis determines the point-by-point comparison interpolation algorithm used in this paper.In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional point-by-point comparison error,this paper improves on the original basis,so that the interpolation error is reduced from the original maximum 1 pulse equivalent to 0.5 pulse equivalent.In addition,it also makes the interpolation speed faster.In the servo motor speed control algorithm,the ladder speed algorithm and the seven-segment S-type speed control algorithm are analyzed,and the conclusion that the seven-segment S-type speed control algorithm can be smoother control speed changes.Finally,the system is verified by the physical construction,and the speed algorithm and the interpolation algorithm before and after the improvement are verified by MATLAB.The experimental results show that the servo motor motion control system designed in this paper runs well,and the effect of the improved interpolation algorithm also achieves the expected effect.It can draw the required straight line and arc smoothly.
