Brain fatigue monitoring system is an important monitoring device that can detect human physiological characteristic signals in real time.It has a wide range of applications in civil or military fields such as long-distance fatigue driving of drivers and soldiers on duty.Aiming at the problems of the current large volume of brain fatigue monitoring systems,poor mobility,low real-time and accuracy,single monitoring methods,and inability to improve worker alertness,a wearable brain fatigue monitoring and wake-up intervention system was proposed.Based on the research on brain fatigue monitoring and wake-up intervention technology and bluetooth technology,the overall plan of brain fatigue monitoring and wake-up intervention system composed of signal acquisition module,wake-up intervention module,bluetooth microcontroller and brain fatigue monitoring was determined.Expounded its working principle.An electrooculogram signal acquisition module was designed using the electrooculogram signal measurement technology.It was determined that ADS1192 was used as the analog front-end and three Ag/Agcl electrodes were used to acquire the human electroencephalogram signal.The head motion signal was designed using the head posture signal measurement technology.The acquisition module determines that the MPU9250 nine-axis sensor is used as the analog front-end to collect human head movement signals;using wake-up intervention technology to design three external physical stimuli of blue light,sound,and vibration as wake-up intervention methods;through wireless communication technology,Analysis and comparison,using the low-power bluetooth micro-control n RF51822 as the main control unit,the read-write control of the analog front-end and the function control of the wake-up intervention are completed,and the wireless communication between the upper computer and the lower computer is realized.Analyze and process the electrooculogram signal,and obtain the average power ratio through three-to-five smooth filtering,fast fourier transform,and power spectrum;analyze and process the head motion signal,and use Kalman filter for head motion acceleration,angular velocity,and magnetic field strength the principle is to obtain the head attitude angles in three directions: pitch angle,yaw angle and roll angle.In order to realize the real-time display and processing of signals,the mobile phone terminal software of the upper computer based on the Android system is designed,and functions such as data storage are completed.Finally,the test and experimental results of the function,performance and application of the brain fatigue monitoring and wake-up intervention system show that the continuous working time of the system is longer than 5h.The combination of 470 nm blue light,70 d B sound and 2500 Hz vibration can effectively improve the alertness of fatigued people.The collected and processed data can be displayed in real time.Within a range of 20 m from a Bluetooth connection,its transmission rate is not affected and the connection is uninterrupted.The accuracy of real-time brain fatigue monitoring is 91.3%,and the designed system meets the technical specifications.The designed brain fatigue monitoring and wake-up intervention system has the advantages of compact structure,convenient carrying,simple operation,safety and reliability,etc.,and solves the existing poor mobility of the brain fatigue monitoring system,single monitoring means,complex data processing process and unable to improve fatigued people.The problem of alertness provides an accurate source of data for subsequent fatigue analysis experiments,and has certain practical significance in ensuring that specific operators complete their work efficiently and reliably.
